Great choice

Refurbished hotel. Very nice, very clean and great location, located near by the museum of fine arts (beautiful place) The room was very big, clean and comfortable. Nice coffee, new beds and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was very very nice and kind with us. Good free parking spots Price could be cheaper.

Location, checkin staff member was super helpful

Window to room was broken so it didn't seal. Rooms aren't soundproofed. Can hear neighbour snoring, upstairs dropping usb cable from phone. WiFi unusably slow.

Staff were very friendly, good size room, comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Was in a good location for restaurants and bars.

Parking lot was not always available. The noise of doors openings in the neighbouring rooms was annoying.

Disappointing stay.

Good sized room with comfortable beds. Fridge and coffee facilities. Good local restaurants on Chestnut Street but a fair 10 to 15-minute walk. Also, Mels Dinner is about 10 minutes away. along Lombard Street.

The Motel is effectively on Highway 101 so is noisy. Poor choice of Motel as a long way from the centre of SF. Thank god for the number 28 bus. The Wifi is terrible and it took two days of our 3-night stay for them to fix the TV.

The location and free parking was great!

The bed were very hard and we could hear everything from the stomping above to the TV next door. Gave for a poor night’s sleep.

Clean, great location, but paper-thin walls.

very clean for a motel. location was excellent on a safe street that was close to restaurants and bus stops. Staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating too. Rooms are spacious.

like other reviews mentioned, the walls are paper thin. so you’ll hear EVERYTHING going on on the street and the rooms above, below, and next to you. also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the shampoo and confirmed they provided smelled funny.

Great value! Perfect if you just need a clean and safe place to sleep but the Wifi is terrible.

Rooms were clean and cozy. It was also in a good location. Having a fridge was a major plus. Great value for the price.

the heater was so noisy.. same the fun at the bathroom.. it was a small fridge and a coffee maker .. with coffee . but no where to connect to power .. the guy from the front desk said that is a new project and they weren’t working yet.. when they charge me almost $150 a night .. plus $150 deposit like it was a MARRIOT OR HILTON.. a 5 start hotel .. (bathroom was splash on the wall with toothpaste from last people who stayed there)

Last minute rescue, comfortable rest

Friendly staff, clean room. It was kinda noisy but it worked well for us and our last minute booking. The staff was very helpful and we were able to get a clean and comfortable room for the night at a last minute booking.

It’s next to a busy freeway, make sure to get a recently remodeled room. The bed was very comfortable. Fell asleep as soon as I got in bed.

Exceptional

King Bed really comfortable! Nice and big room, Location perfect! near lombard street, the golden gate bridge, Pier 39... really accessible if you dont have a car. In my case I rented a car. The staff was very friendly and gave recommendations of nearby restaurants since breakfast is not provided.

No microwave or small fridge. Also, no hair dryer. This could be added on the future and will be a plus!!!!
