The stay was decent, wasn’t too bad.

I liked the location. It is in the heart of little Italy!

The cleanliness could have been better. There was a weird smell lingering in our room. The water pressure was horrible and it didn’t get hot.

Horrible service. The hotel did nothing about the smoking issue. My daughter and I could smell smoke coming through the

Hotel guests were smoking in the hotel and the staff did nothing to assist me. Second hand smoke is a health hazard, and my daughter has asthma. I booked a room at this hotel, because the advertisement states it is non-smoking hotel. I called the next day and spoke with Kendra and she told me that I should’ve left in the middle of the night then they would’ve refunded my money.

Area very congested. Do not walk late night. Gets a little sketch.

Close to the airport, Little Italy and the cruise ship Room is great for the price Bed very comfortable

It met my needs very nicely, without costing me a huge amount.

Room was spacious, very nice having an end room so as to look out. Jenna, at the front desk was very kind and helpful, even though she had 2 broken ribs herself.

One night stay after cruise.

Great location to Little Italy and Downtown. Walkable distance to waterfront. TONS of good eating places nearby. Easy walk to trolley station which provides public transit to Old Town and Mission beach. Close to airport and cruise terminal.

Not hotels fault, but because of location lots of traffic noise. Revving engines, loud motorcycles make sleep difficult unless you are a sound sleeper. Even with air conditioner used as “ white noise” traffic could be heard.

the staff was not very helpful. had to ask for towels constantly. did not clean the room until I asked for them too.

near restaurants/pubs

No Elevator, Not advisable for PWD. Carpet in hallway and rooms with disgusting odor, we requested for maid to clean our room but no one does. Not worth the pay.

A shabby beat up hotel in a great location.

Great location, a block from Little Italy,, walk to Marine Museum and free on-site parking.

Really shabby hotel, locks not working, including broken bathroom lock, no shampoo, no air conditioning. Dirty grey bed sheets.

Super chill, nice, and the guy that worked at 4am was AWESOME!

the stairs that go down to the first floor, and the stairs that lead outside. also, the balcony!

the toilet takes forever to finish cycling and it super loud

The hotel distance from the waterfront & little Italy was amazing

It’s a nice walk to the waterfront during the day. It’s nice that little Italy restaurants were within walking distance.

The room was not swept, bathroom dirty, nightstand worn out (no handle, chipped wood) 2 out of 3 nights there were screaming drunk/drug people outside in the street that woke us up and it lasted for 45 minutes. Walking to our room, passed a room several times that had its door open and it seemed like homeless people were living in it.
