The location was great.
The non-smoking rooms have cigarette smoke coming into them all night. I called several times and deodorant spray was offered but nothing to stop the smoke. There’s no way to get to your room without walking through smoke filled casino.

beautiful upgraded room with high end bathroom fixtures and an epic view!

No volvería

Slow checkin, no facilities despite imposition of resort fees, expensive fees charged for receiving packages with informing beforehand. Head kept knocking into lamp in room

Location, it is on the strip. Facilities was ok, had a sizeable fitness Center that was pretty complete.
The room was a little dated in design.

I love the view.
Only issue lights in bathroom did not work for a few days and jacuzzi tub did now work entire stay. Front desk was notified of both. And drinks fell in refrigerator. We only took two items and they charged us for more items.

The authentic feel of being in Italy. The decor was very beautiful.
Upon entering the lobby, the smell of old cigarettes and dirty carpets gives Caesar’s Palace a bad vibe.

Just the location. A couple of the managers were helpful. But after we left we have been charged for something that we were promised wouldn't be charged for. This has left us feeling really cheated and very disappointed.
There was no wifi in our room for the entire stay. We spent half a day (were there only for 3) contacting the company on line. That didn't work. Went to the front desk. That didn't work. Gave up. Then whilst leaving we got charged 85 dollars for putting our milk and hypokit in the fridge (my son is a diabetic) .We didn't touch a single item. In the fridge and we're not briefed. We argued and were assured we wouldn't be charged.
Yet after 2 days 85 dollars have been deducted after we moved out. Feel very cheated.
Rooms were also very dated. Very disappointed.

Location was about all I liked.
No traditional room service or room service menu in the room. You have to order from the restaurants downstairs, who dont answer the phone. So crowed you cant eat on site except for the gross little mall type food court. Two of the elevators on our tower were out the entire weekend. Want uber? Forget it, the hotel punishes you by making uber pick up and drop you off at the back of the hotel(20 min walk) while the junky cabs pull right up to the front door. They most own the cab company. Guests are just a number here. Will not be back.

Great location. Great hotel. Lots to see and do. Memorable experience.
Have never stayed in a hotel, especially in this price range, that didn't have complimentary coffee/tea in the room. Similarly, no complimentary shower cap, tooth brush etc. Very surprising really given what we paid. Hotel's additional 'resort tax' also a surprise come payment day.

Room wasn’t made up on arrival. WiFi didn’t work. Internal phone did not work. Room very tired

Sink faucet is leaking
Front people gave us wrong information about parking. We booked for Caesar’s not Nobu. We’re disappointed!

Amazing. The place was outstanding and the infrastructure very impressive.

size of the rooms ok
Just terrible to come in à hotel where you need Google Maps to find the exit, pay for services you don’t need, find no personnel to guide you to your room, nor help with your luggage.
Terrible noise of mostly disgusting people betting all day long.
No fresh air, never saw anybody cleaning the filthy carpet that is outdated.
On top of that you get spammed several times a day from the moment you book and even get mails for room upgrades long after you’re gone.
booking.com, please do something about that, because the mails get send through your site and I can’t reply!
Thanks

Rooms were oversized, bed was comfortable.
Excessive fees for valet parking. It was explained to me as a Caesar Rewards member it was free and then I was charged at checkout and it was not free.

Beautiful property, helpful staff
Sheets had holes. Bed was too soft. Picked up passion romance kit to see contents and then put it back and was immediately charged $39.
(It was corrected at checkout)
No maid service, no turndown service, no map of property, had to flag down maid for new towels.
For the price we paid. Less than wonderful.

Centrally located with relatively comfortable rooms.
After paying $50 resort fee, we were allow to connect 2 devices to WiFi and had to pay another $18 for parking. These extra $70 charge was on top of the advertised room rate.
