We didn't eat in hotel, but bus shuttle was nice and the driver was very helpful.
We upgraded our room but it was cleaned properly before we moved in.

the rooms were a tad small and quite small when using the sleeper sofa.

The checkin experience was smooth. Our room was clean and spacious, with a pleasant living room and large balcony. The bedroom had sliding doors that could be closed.
We brought our dog, and didn’t have any problems. The hotel location was great and walkable to businesses and the main square.

Very clean, shuttle bus and shuttle bus staff and good location.
Lacking in telling you whats available at the hotel not forthcoming with any information. Pool and pool area is not inviting. Nice bar area with fireplace although they don’t light the fireplace 🤷🏻♀️ Disappointed it could have easily been great.

Loved the aesthetic. Very welcoming. The balcony in my room. The restaurant.
Farther from Old Town than it appears.

The resort fee is a silly mechanism to make more money, without having an expense to the hotel. Breakfast has not been available for over two years, which is a misleading benefit that we hoped to enjoy.
The lobby to Bldg 2 is a bit awkward to maneuver with disabilities, no breakfast, dirty balcony and chairs, noise from the neighbors above is distracting.

great location. generous sized room/suite. calm oasis.
a little understaffed. no luggage carts and no staff to help with bags. altho our room was very close to a side entrance close to available label parking, no help figuring this out. we lugged our bags to the room only to find the convenient parking later.
waited 10 minutes for a bartender to show up at 6:30 pm. gave up. isn’t the bar a huge profit center?

Location was close enough to downtown we could walk to sites. Didn't charge for parking.
I asked to be moved because all the noise from traffic and staff made no attempt to support. Rooms that face main street and over front door are very noisy. Website stated it had breakfast but there was no breakfast. Bar area was nice but draft beer system didn't work.

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Wait staff in restaurant were superb and food was excellent. Atmosphere very pleasant. It was important to us that the hotel is indigenously owned. Bed and room comfortable. Quiet at night. Excellent breakfast menu. Nice lounge area by the fire for tea or cocktails. Appreciate the native art on display. Walking distance to Plaza, shops, museums, restaurants.
Parking was a little tight.

Room, location and convenience
No plastic liner for ice bucket. I am sorry but telling me my bucket is sanitized I cannot trust. Need to provide a sanitary wipe if no plastic so customer can insure its clean.

We absolutely loved the shuttle. it was so helpful and convenient. Quick and easy pick ups and very helpful with recommendations.
The housekeeping came to clean on days when we weren’t expecting them (Friday) after being told it would be Saturday.

Beautiful property with a great sense of place. Wonderful staff, especially Danya (spelling?) at Reception. Great location. Live Lakota music in lobby some nights makes for a wonderful atmosphere. Fish tacos delicious. Hot tub.
Housekeeping not daily due to staffing issues but not really a problem because you can request service if needed.

Had dinner two of the three nights I stayed and the food and service were excellent. The spa was beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed the sugar scrub/body wrap! Was on a spiritual sojourn and spent some time listening to Peter Whitefeather Red Heart to bring the embodiment of native American music to lift the spirit (hauntingly beautiful).
Wish they had a fire pit!

Shuttle service was amazing. The drivers are friendly and knowledgeable about the city.
The wait staff in the Restaraunt were excellent!!
Didn’t like the shower door. I think it is dangerous. No handrails.
