Happy to have found a clean comfortable place after being at the hospital all day.

The location was great, my husband is currently hospitalized in the the Los Angeles area needed to get some sleep & a shower. Felt much better after checking in and finding a clean & comfortable room with safe parking.

weird place that is sub par

location

parking for my box truck was difficult to find, front desk person took copies of my credit card and driver’s license, sheets on bed were stained, other guests were screaming at each other, some staff that were in charge of check in and check out spoke no english, making it difficult to get what i masked for

Beyond my expectations - clean - great service - quiet - helpful

Wow - I've stayed at many hotels from 1 star to 5 star hotels. Not sure what this was rated, but I'd give it a solid 3 stars. If it had a pool and a gym and free parking, I'd rate it even higher. Everyone who worked there was super friendly. They were quite responsive to our requests to clean room 2x while we stayed there 5 nights. We needed extra towels each day and this was not a problem for them. Everything was super clean. The room was immaculate and quite large. Was surprised to see a combo bathtub/shower as most hotels have ditched bathtubs. The TV worked well as did the Internet.

A couple of petpeeves: 1) Every 24 hours, you have to get your keys renewed. If you don't, you're locked out of garage and room. We just did this when we went to breakfast. Have no clue why they do this rigamarole with the keys. 2) The Internet kept prompting me over and over and over again to sign in. I would think it would only renew at the earliest 24 hours. It seemed like I had to renew it every 3-4 hours. 3) I'm allergic to milk, so I was quite disappointed they didn't have any options for me for coffee or cereal. I recommend they get Oat Milk in the future.

was told my reservation did not exist when it did. indian dude at front desk refused service for no reason and acted like we didn’t make a reservation. extremely rude and shocking. found out by coworker later that night we did have a booking and that guy does it to a lot of people for no reason

Convenient location, sufficient lighting for night reading, comfortable bed

The morning manager woke me up at 7:50am to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I had trouble sleeping that night and could not get back to sleep. Apparently, this is hotel policy.

Our stay was not great. I'm worried my driver's license and credit card will be stolen and used.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. It was a very basic generic hotel that was not any nicer than any Motel 6 I've ever been to. The carpets looked dirty and stained and the towels were old and rough. I The breakfast had very few choices and consisted mainly of generic pre-packaged foods like bagels and cereal. I tried eating a yogurt and it was warm. We decided to skip the breakfast and go to a real restaurant instead.

This place insisted on making a photocopy of my driver's license and credit card. That is a huge security and privacy risk. I've already been the victim of credit card fraud and identity theft and I did not feel comfortable letting them keep a copy of my personal information. When I asked why they needed that, they said it was just their policy and they had to do it. There is absolutely no reason why they need to do this since most other hotels do not do this. I would have walked away and gone somewhere else except it was midnight and I was already very tired and didn't want to try to find another hotel. Also, they actually charged my credit card for the deposit instead of just putting an authorization for the amount on the card. They said the deposit would be refunded in 5-7 days. That's ridiculous. They shouldn't charge your card for the deposit. And finally, I was charged $12 extra to park my car, even though the booking.com web page indicated that parking was included. I will never go back to this hotel.

If you have to stay near Hollywood it's a clean room.

The room was fine but the wifi only worked in the lobby. Could not & connect lost connection in room.

The room was nice the staff was nice although they did not reset the router per my request.

whomever cleaned my room before my stay left a used soap in my shower and a bloody Bandaid on my shower mat. Also walls not insulated well - could hear everything going on in neighbouring suite - and I mean everything!!

Location and basement parking

No parking at the front while checking in. Room card is changed every day, very inconvenient since garage access is not accessible while going to front desk. Some room doors does not have work and lock weel. Safety and security is at risk. Receptionists is slow and takes too long to get checked in or do the process.

Never again.

The room was acceptable. Nothing fancy but mostly clean. Free breakfast was decent.

Where do I start? Staff was incompetent and unhelpful. Housekeeping tried to enter my room when I had a do not disturb sign on the door. Front desk canceled my reservation because I was late checking in, even though I called to notify them of my delay. They charged me for the first night of the canceled reservation, then made me pay for a new reservation, at full price. So I paid for that first night twice. I was required to get a new key card each day. Noise from Sunset Blvd was constant. And then, when I was packing to leave, a cockroach ran across my stuff. Never again. Never.

Very good

Good hotel: clean, pleasant. Breakfast is modest. I want to thank and praise the hotel staff: Anna Anatolia. Honest, responsible girls. They returned my lost gold earring to me. Room cleaning is excellent!

The hotel card must be changed every day.

I had a very pleasant stay at this Comfort Inn.

For January 11-14th, 2023: The room, lobby, and breakfast areas were very clean. The tap water tasted GOOD, to my surprise, so having a microwave oven and coffee set in the room is very convenient. Also, the breakfast bar was better than I'd expected of a "grap n go", as there were hot scrambled eggs and sausages available as well as a waffle maker and fixings and a refrigerator stocked with yogurt and butter. In addition, the two gentlemen who worked at the desk in the late afternoon-evening were very pleasant and helpful. (I regret that I don't recall their names.)

The woman who worked at the desk in the morning/afternoon on Jan. 12th or 13th, 2023, was not pleasant at all when I asked two or three questions about restaurants in the vicinity. Even though I was polite, she behaved as though I shouldn't ask any questions and just brusquely told me to "google it" and looked back at the computer screen or whatever she was doing behind the glass partition. (I regret I didn't catch her name.)

Universal Trip

I liked that it was not to far from the amusement park we went to visit the following day.

I didn't like that we could literally hear ALL the noise from outside, cars, conversations and music , oh and the people in the next room arguing. I also did not like the parking.
