The place was scummy and scary, and everything was broken.

I like the idea that there was a Kitchenette. There was one helpful person I forget her name but she was a petite black woman who was so kind to us.

It was gross and not updated since it’s creation. We had to switch rooms because the AC smelled like it was burning . A guy was always smoking pot by the back door and the pool had no AC and an unsupervised kid propped open the doors and hung out there for ten hours. There was only one staff member who was kind to us. The black woman at the front was kind and accommodating while the older white women did not help us. We had to buy an air purifier for the room.

Superb

The property was clean and comfortable.

Although the room had a full kitchen I didn’t like that the property didn’t have breakfast available for guests in the morning. I’ve stayed at other hotels that have had full kitchens in their suites and had breakfast available.

Not pleased at all

We didn’t know that they were actually renovating the hotel and the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Staff informed us that the rooms were only cleaned once a week. Not to mention this was our second room, smelled like cigarettes.

The property was was just ok. It has potential but they need to focus on cleaning.

It had a mini kitchen in the unit, stove, full size microwave, full size fridge with ice maker, dishwasher , nice pool & hot tub.

The cleanliness was not there. There was a dirty towel folded up with the clean towels in our bathroom. The exhaust fan didn’t work, therefore, the bathroom was extremely hot when showering and sweaty. The tub was dirty, the toilet seat has dry skin or something on it, all of which we had to clean up. The bed had an old Marriott key card in the sheets when rolled down. It was just not great all. The front desk told us we don’t use housekeeping because we are an extended stay property which was very alarming and off putting. Lastly, there were flies and gnats in the room.

Overall was lovely, and would stay again

the staff was so nice, and made everything super easy for me, and have no major problems during our stay. Overall a pleasant stay and would love stay again.

The lobby was nice and clean but our room was mediocre. When we walked in the room there was this awful smell right in the front door, think it was coming from the fridge and the smell did not dissipate but it didnt stink up the whole room so we weren’t bothered too much by that. There was a styrofoam cup w/ a lid and straw just sitting in one of the cupboards, and i had to rinse out the tub a couple of times before using it.

Hotel facilities and staff were great but the wet mattress was not.

Staff were great - friendly, accommodating and willing to help.

Our mattress was wet from the previous travellers and it soaked through our sheets. We were unable to move rooms due to no vacancy. However we were given a discount for our discomfort.

This Hotel Nearly Ruined Our Anniversary.

We liked very little about the property. The hot tub was nice, when you were able to use it. This place has turned me off from staying at any IHG properties.

we had many issues with our stay, but the most notable was when there were unattended children in the pool for more than 20 minutes, when we told the front desk agent, Diamond, she said “I’ve got them, I know the parents, I’m watching them” she then called her manager, lied to her and said there were adults in the pool room. when we went to speak with the manager, Heather West, at checkout, she was very unfriendly and said she “heard a different story from her employee and needed to review the footage” which she had not done prior to us coming down to the desk and which she refused to do while we were still at the property. Our second day of our stay, we were able to peacefully use the hot tub and relax! it was actually pretty nice! Until Diamond from the front desk shows up to tell us that a toilet has flooded the hallway and we’re stuck, barefoot, in the pool room. We waited for 20 minutes but the hazardous waste had not yet been touched, and we were forced to walk through it to get out of the hot pool room and get to our dinner reservations on time! I’m appalled that I paid these people money to call me a liar, I’m disgusted by the unsafe, unsanitary practices of this property and I truly hope that anyone reading this chooses a different hotel where they’re able to have a pleasant stay. We wanted a kitchen and a hot tub for our trip to Hershey, so we chose to stay 15 minutes from the park for these amenities. Instead, we received dirty dishes, the opposite of hospitality, getting trapped by hazardous waste and called a liar on top of it! The manager said “we’re Hershey park, that’s all we are, the pool doesn’t matter” make sure to keep that in mind for booking! we enjoyed everything Hershey has to offer so much, but it was like all that joy just got drained out when we got back to our hotel. Next time, we will stay closer to the park and make sure not to touch IHG with a 10 foot pole! we highly recommend Hershey! We beg you not to stay at this nasty place.

The location to our event. The staff was very friendly. The accommodations were awesome.

Online booking needs to be improved. I booked 2 rooms with queen beds and got 2 rooms with double beds.

Could have done better cleaning

When pulled out the sofa bed, there was trash ( old food, candy and chip bags) left in between. Also there was no sheet or blanket for the pull out bed, I had to go ask for some at office. The pull out mattress had nasty looking pee stains

Came to Harrisburg for GAOS, enjoyed the convenience of the location and the staff was beyond excellent.

Convenient location.

Rooms while clean and spacious need a little touching up. Some paint here and there and everything would be perfect.
