Disappointing for the money.

Location was great, downtown and very close to duval street. Staff were very helpful especially one young lady who was working on New Years Day morning who went above and beyond.

The price was astronomical compared to the facilities, definitely not worth the money in any shape or form

It's a more than adequate accommodation in an excellent location staffed by very nice people.

The location is nice, you can walk to Duval Street, the Butterfly House or the beach fairly easily. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is adequate and what one might expect.

One advertisement said the rooms each have their own patio. Not. Another said the beach was across the street. Not. But, no worries. It's a motel. People are nice. You can sleep. And swim. Watch roosters. Sit in the bar. Relax. That's good.

Location and value. Nice pool

When I first arrived I waited for 15 minutes for the desk attendant to finish a phone call. Customer at the counter always comes before a phone customer. She then told me where to park so I did. I came out find a note on my windshield to move or they would tow my car. Instead of calling or knocking on the door. Stuck tape to my car.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable. It stayed cool in the room.

Ants in the room, absolutely no hot water and very low shower pressure.

Very nice hotel, will consider for the next visit.

IT was a nice hotel quiet location ,but close to several attractions and services. The Tipsy Rooster was a convienant bonus for drinks.

The bathroom was a little on the small side and there was only one luggage stand.

Southwind Motel was perfection and we will stay there again!

The room was recently remodeled and beautiful.

The only complaint is the size of the room, but we were never there except to sleep so it was perfect for us.

Superb

Location was excellent, a block to Duval, 2 blocks to the Southern Most point. Liquor store, bar, deli, mini donuts and ice cream all right there.

Good place for a 2 star hotel

Great value for vacation Staff nice and helpful Breakfast cold cereals with instant oatmeal, danish, giant muffin, yogurt and fruit. Laundry on site. Close to beach In room coffee maker

Would have liked some healthy options for breakfast Room not always swept or mopped

For a short stay in Key West when you are always out doing things, it was fine.

The staff at the front desk were always very nice and helpful. The "grab and go" breakfast was convenient, as well as the on-site bike rentals.

The furniture in the room needs updating, and the room was small. Although there was always plenty of hot water, the water pressure was low. The outdoor seating areas looked out over the parking lot.

It is really expensive to stay in Key West for what it is the motel is overpriced. Grab and go breakfast from reception area

Exceptional

Nice quiet location yet we walked everywhere we wanted to go. 1-2 blocks from the iconic southernmost tourist monument. Directly across the street from a little store with a wonderful Cuban cafe. 2 minute walk to see a beautiful sunrise every morning. The Tipsy Rooster is a quaint little bar right on property with a laid back vibe snd live music . An awesome little ice cream and donut truck permanently placed in the parking lot. Staff was great. Check in super easy. The grounds were constantly being cleaned and groomed. 2 small pools that were quiet and clean. Loved it!! Would defy stay there again.

Small room. No where to put stuff in bathroom like soap in shower etc. Air conditioner very load.

This place puts you in the heart of old Key West. it’s lovely!

The staff was incredible! The room was clean and fresh. Its an older property but has been kept up very well.

With adequate expectations of an older property there was nothing we didn’t like.

We were so pleased with the staff and cleanliness and access to Duval.

The location and friendliness of staff was great!

The rooms need an update; microwave and refrigerator beat up; redo the counter area. Loved wood ceiling. Definitely need a chair or 2; just not barstools -not comfortable for all. If we went in room to watch tv had to lay on bed. So glad room was so clean and room cleaning each day were so efficient! Beach was farther than expected from hotel.
