Disappointed

On the Beach!!

Everything we never got towels or toilet paper took them all day to get the trash room was not clean some lights didnt work and air in one room didn't work only got two towels for 6 people and suppose to be no smoking but people were smoking weed you could smell it

Not what was expected by Ramada by Wyndham.

We liked the staff, and the location. The view was amazing.

Door to our room looked like the police knocked it off the door jams, and wouldn’t close securely. Mold on the ceiling, frayed carpet and nails poking through. Pool and jacuzzi were in need of chlorine and vacuuming. Pavers missing around the pool, exposed wiring at the pool area.

IT SUCKED WOULD NOT LET MY DOG STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

The only thing that is worth talking about is the water pressure!

Where do i start! When we arrived at the hotel could not check in until exactly 4 when the papers we have say check in time was at 3. When we entered the room it smelled so bad and the carpet was black when it was suppose to be brown! There was trash in the floor! Went on in the room to the kitchen area the couch looked like it had been there for 40 years, it was leather and there was patches of the leather gone all over it " would NOT never sit on"! Went to the bathroom and the stand up shower had cracks all over it. The only view was half a view of ocean and the other was stairs. never again will i stay here. IT needs to be condemned.The girls that work the front desk needs a a little help with their attitude. Plus we had to buy hot spot on our phones just for wifi, TOLD THE DESK AND NOTHING WAS DONE,PLUS HAD LIGHTS OUT IN THE ROOM NO ONE SHOWED UP TO FIX THEM!

Decent place on the beach for a decent price.

Great location, easy walk to the beach, decent pool and room.

Breakfast was included in the price, but the first 2 days they had nothing to drink! No coffee, juice or even water. Staff was mixed, most were friendly but one reception young woman was not nice at all.

Will never go to this hotel again.

Beach was nice. Location was good. Would NEVER stay here again!!!! Only thing good about this place was the location. Easy to walk to nearby food etc.

Roaches in the room. NO hot water. A/C did not work well. Went to get clean towels and none were available. Staff could care less about any issues. Added a ton of extra charges that were not shown up front. Will never stay here again.

Location was perfect for beach......

Rooms not clean,bottom side rooms have no light to see where your going,stairs not children friendly,no extra towels or tissue,very dated rooms from the 70's and small,door cards work half of the time,tried to double charge for resort fee's.........rooms do not look same as pictured!!!!!

i would not recommend this hotel to other friends and guest.

staff was not friendly, other patrons smoking weed where family was at swimming, while there is a little small cafe onsite, they advertise breakfast " coffee machine not working, juice machine not even turned on, when other guest asked if it was working, girl at front desk acted like we was bothering her.

I’LL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF SLEEPING ON THE BEACH WITH MY FAMILY

Convenient

No guest service, AC didn’t work right, the room was never cleaned and was told it would be done every 3 days. We were there for 7. Asked 4 times before we got towels and they said it would be delivered to our room. The AC never dropped below 75 and was told numerous times the maintenance guy would look at it. This was our second room there also the first was a closet

Would never ever revisit this site… I’m a Hilton Honors member and this was awful but Panama was great place to vacation

The area and swimming pool with hot tub and the beach was close to get too

My biggest problem no elevators and I told them on the special notes that I was handicap. The told me that was not mentioned along with my paying for a full suite they gave me a kitchenette and said it was Booking.com error not theirs. The rooms had lots of mold on ceilings there was 2 roaches in my bathroom the door knobs was damaged and broke you could see the nails hanging out so you wasn’t protected and the customer service the day we got there was truly unacceptable.

The property sits right on the beach and it's easy to access the beach

The overall property needs a lot of work. I witnessed the fire marshal come by and do an expectation. Look, I know there is money to be made but it's a hazard when you have water leaking from the installed vents all on the outside pavement and the back porches. The upkeep is quite minimal. The owner needs to do a 360 renovation!

overall, my stay was great for my self love occasion.

The view is excellent. The room was pretty clean but please make sure during cooler weather that the heat works.

The Heat was not working neither was the Wi-Fi strong enough on the bottom level. Maybe the Wi-Fi on the bottom level should come from the restaurant that is connected to the hotel.

close to everything

the tub didn’t drain and it seemed to be leaking into the floor and there was mold in the floor of the bathroom. the room also had a bad smell. kinda pricey for the shape of the room

It was a good price and close to everything. The room was clean and spacious.

The water constantly changed temperature while in shower. The ice machine wasn't working. When it rains you feel the moisture in the room.
