Would stay again. 7/10

Beautiful lobby. Great door staff.

Terrible shower pressure. Felt like there wasn’t enough staff. Took hours to get an extra towel to our room. And they only had one waiter at the restaurant which held things up.

Nice and comfortable room

Room is comfortable, hotel is still nice and clean. Location is also near the airport.

Parking is too expensive, and doesn't have restaurant by walking distance.

Incredible hospitality and over the top guest service from manager Richard. Unforgettable experience

Wow. We had a rental car mixup, we were sent to the wrong place to pick up our nu car rental car, but it turns out we were so lucky because when we got there the rental car counter was closed and we were in despair however the hotel manager Richard made us an incredible stay by offering us an upgrade and treating us to food and drinks, his hospitality was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. We can't stop thinking about it. Richard needs to be majorly acknowledged for creating an incredible experience for someone who wasn't even intending to be a guest but now is looking forward to returning someday. Thank you Richard you are a gem!

This is not about the hotel but about the rental car agency subcontracting out of the hotel. They should make it clear where to find them.

Well located for the airport and comfortable

Staff were helpful. Although there was no response to a message I sent before arriving to say it was my wife’s birthday, when I mentioned it at the desk they gave us a room upgrade (same room, higher floor). When I pushed a bit more they also gave us credit at the bar.

Well located for the airport with a regular shuttle service, although it didn’t seem to have a particular timetable.

Came to watch the football game at SoFi’s stadium

Very clean .. comfy beds. The waiters were excellent, very attentive.

Comfortable and clean LAX

Close to LAX, clean and comfortable. Good facilities for use, bar gym etc

Being charged $14.95 for a call to room service that was never picked up. Ended up using the app which was fine but because we checked in so late the receptionist told us to call…. Dinner cost was more than the room but it was amazing!

Easy to use for short/safe stay

This is exactly what you need for a quick stop. We stayed in LA for 2 nights and booked a day tour that picked us up from the airport. We walked from the airport to the hotel in 20 minutes, and caught the shuttle back.

Couldn't figure out the wifi, but there is free wifi.

Great choice for an LAX layover.

Just what you would hope for on an LAX layover. Breakfast was delicious! Great shuttle! 24 hr.

Good hotel close to LAX.

We were booked into the hotel by American Airlines (at their cost) after missing our connecting flight to Sydney. Good shuttle service from and back to LAX. The hotel is quite old but well maintained and clean. We paid an additional fee of US$80 to extend the room until 6:00pm as our flight departed in the evening. We opted for a continental breakfast which was adequate.

No complaints. This is a good airport hotel very close to LAX. BTW, I’M FROM AUSTRALIA, NOT HONGKONG.

ที่พักดีมาก สวย ห้องดีสะอาด เตียงใหญ่นอนสบายมาก ใกล้ที่เช่ารถมาก ถ้าใครคืนรถแล้วยังไม่กลับเลยสามารถเดินมาโรงแรมได้ มีรถฟรีรับส่งสนามบิน วิ่งทุก 15 นาที เช็คอิน เช็คเอ้าท์ง่าย สะดวกมาก

อาคารจอดรถต้องเสียเงิน แม้จะเข้าจอดแค่ 5 หรือ 10 นาที เพื่อเอากระเป๋าไปเก็บที่ห้องพัก ลงมาก็ต้องเสียเงิน Rate แรกคือ 40$ แต่ถ้าจอดทั้งคืน คืนละ 50$ ดังนั้นถ้าจะจอดก็จอดทั้งคืนไปเลยจะคุ้มกว่า

Beautiful property and friendly staff.

It was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the front desk staff were super friendly. The airport shuttle took me back to the airport at 3:45am without a hitch. Good was also excellent at the hotel restaurant.

Renaissance Hotel system doesn't integrate with PayPal and Booking.com

The Mattress was very comfortable. The hotel shuttle from the airport was very convenient.

Upon arrival at 1AM, desk peson said reservation was with a "virtual credit card" without payment and wanted to charge us full amount again, even though we paid in full 2 months before with PayPal.

Good location clean rooms

Just too expensive charging 19 dollars US for WiFi access is too much nowadays. Meals were also just OK and expensive as well.

I was charged for US $ 747 instead of US $ 591 which I booked few months ago at booking.com. not very happy about it. I will not book my stay with you booking.com and never will stay at Renaissance Hotel in Los Angeles Airport. Lies, deception about the price of 4 days stay .

Parfait et pratique pour l’aéroport !

Navette 24/24 et gratuite, réception, confort et équipements au top. Personnel serviable et pro. Parfait pour un transit / un court séjour avec vols à l’aéroport international.

Au court de mon court séjour d’une nuit je n’ai rien trouvé à redire.

Stay was fine. Could have been better if our AC was working properly.

Proximity to the airport was convenient. The staff was very nice. Access to lounge on Thrusday was good. It would have been nice to have that same access over the weekend.

Unfortunately the AC in our room wasn't working well and would give out warm air. It was uncomfortable to sleep at night in the warm room. Parking rate per night at $56 was very steep.

The place is a bit far from the city. So if you are visiting dt, you can make this hotel as the first night then move to other places.
