Good value for the price. Clean and spacious room.

I stayed at this hotel as I was attending a conference nearby, particularly since it offered a shuttle to area attractions. The room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave, which was great. It was also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Oddly, there was a separate toilet room and the shower just had a sink but no toilet. This was fine, but just not what I was expecting.

The coffee in the lobby was terrible. It was so weak, it wasn't worth drinking. The breakfast was a standard continental with waffle makers available. I did not sample the breakfast as it was offered at my conference. My mother-in-law became ill and the hotel breakfast was the only thing she had eaten that the rest of us had not. The water that came out of the taps was very sulfurous. It was alright for brushing your teeth or showering, but awful for using in the in-room coffee maker. The couch was fairly worn out and should be replaced. There was only one night stand with accessible outlets. The other side of the bed had no reachable outlets. The shuttle schedule was not convenient and we ended up using Uber and Lyft and did not take the shuttles at all as they required pre-booking. There was also no shuttle service between the hotel and Hollywood Studios. As mentioned in the other reviews, you can hear people screaming on the SeaWorld coaster across the street if you are standing in front of the hotel. I did not notice it while inside of my room, but I was rarely in my room while the coaster was running.

Enjoyed two night stay prior to our cruise. It's centrally located near restaurants and Seaword.

Good selection of breakfast foods. Children really enjoyed the waffle. Each day there was something a little different on the Breakfast bar

There wasn't nothing I disliked.

Great Location!

Spacious Room, big bathroom, big parking lot spaces, comfortable bed and mini fridge.

Same daily breakfast menu, no variety and those eggs could improve to be real ones. Breakfast should be extended at least an hour. It is until 9:30am. Only one type of Coffee offered by the hotel except for the paid Starbucks available, too blonde/soft coffee almost taste like water (incuding the starbucks one in the lobby). A medium roast option could be a great option. Also, Housekeeping is not offered daily. We stayed 6 nights and 7 days, and housekeeping came 2 times only (a third one for the 6th day to remove sone towels and bathroon trash only. Towels are stained and ready to be changed for new.

Just stayed to be close to our destination. It was ok enough. Nothing spectacular

Birthday trip 💐

Everything was nice the pool a Jacuzzi . The free breakfast was awesome the staff so understanding. Even adjusted a room so my sister that came from New Jersey could be close to my daughter and the grandchildren!

I would probably stay here again if it wasn’t for the horrible smell

Proximity to the SeaWorld parks and other things. Walking distance to a lot of stuff including Starbucks which I value very much. Staff was very kind and willing to assist us with whatever we needed, also asked us questions about our visit so they could make accommodations for transport if needed and other recommendations

It mostly looked clean visually, but the hotel smelled bad and our room had a horrible stench. Smelled like old, moldy carpet and stale cigarettes. Needs some updating as well.

We were given a room with a broken shower- had to go without showers- avoid this property.

Springhill suites are usually a nice quality stay that can be depended on.

Though we arrived early, staff put us in a room with beds much smaller than the king room we reserved and paid for ahead of time, the manager told us "we don't even have to give you a room" when we asked why we weren't being put in the room we booked and paid for, she tried to argue that the smaller beds were an "upgrade", and told us take it or leave it, and put us in a room with s shower that did not work. We ended up having to go without showers. No response to that from management. Very low class. Not even close to the usual nice quality standard of a Marriott property. Avoid.

A place for kids, no relaxation for adults, kids all over the cold hot tub.

Breakfast was pretty good, would have liked bacon on the menu!

We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. I have degenerative disc disease and my disabled son loves rollercoasters! I travel once a year to ride rollercoasters with him but always book a hotel with a hot tub so I can recover the next day. The lack of a this amenity ruined my vacation as I laid on the floor of our hotel room the entire last day of our 3 day trip only getting up 3 times to put on my wet bathing suit because we were told the hot tub was being fixed. I actually have stayed here before, that's why I came back but I'm not sure I would count on the amenities again! I'm in too much pain right now! Watching the 7-8 little kids in the cold tub was the highlight of my last evening here!

It could be better if they improved the air conditioning system, better ventilation of in the rooms (open the Windows a little from time to time) so that the musty and humidity smell would come out.

Absolutely perfect! Clean, big, affordable, good breakfast, great pool area, plenty of parking, great location for discovery cove, sea world and aquatica. Restaurants and gas stations everwhere. 24/7 Starbucks. Onsite bar and small restaurant/concession.
