The facility was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the attention to the detail, such as the way they folded the towels in a fan and tucked in the soap. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast included a nice variety of foods.

Extremely noisy- right next to highway. Room was in the basement with the pool- bad chlorine smell everywhere.

I liked the one bedroom suite I had. It was very roomy, the bed was big as well as the pull out coach. Breakfast wasn’t bad, had a good variety of food choices. The blacked out curtains were a plus because you couldn’t tell it was daylight when the shades were drawn. You also got premium channels like HBO, Max, ect.. The pool was big and also had a hot tub which was amazing!
My biggest complaint would be the pool area, even though the pool was nice and big, the floor in the pool area was EXTREMELY slippery and I mean extremely! I’ve been to hotels with indoor pools but never in my life experienced a floor as slippery as this one. Not even a caution sign about the floor. My son who’s 5 ended up slipping and falling hitting his head on the floor and he wasn’t even running. Thank goodness he was ok but that’s not the point. About 10min later another child slipped and fell and hit their head also.. I probably won’t return to this hotel just because of that. There was also hairs throughout the floor in the pool area.. gross.
Besides the pool, the hotel room doors were very heavy, the pillows were way to squishy, they need to be a bit firmer. The white waffle blanket left in the room for us was the most uncomfortable blanket I’ve ever felt. It had these waffles checks making it rough and oddly feeling.

Clean comfortable room.
However the breakfast "sign" seemed unprofessional. Hand written watch your kids, don't make a mess and so on. I had no children with me nor did I leave a mess.

The breakfast was good. Room was also clean. I arrived very late and left early in the morning, and I didn't really have any complaints. The bed was super comfortable, and I didn't wake up to back pain in a hotel bed for a change!

Traveled for a soccer tournament with my daughter and her friend. Wanted to stay somewhere clean, close to the fields and Hershey Park, and at a decent/affordable price since we were only using the hotel to sleep. This stay saved us money considering other hotels in the area were double the price and more. We were happy with the experience. Breakfast was included and decent. Hotel was clean and looked as if updated recently. Location was in an area near eateries and shopping. We would stay again.
It did not bother us but there is a hum from the highway located behind the hotel. Our room was located backend of the hotel.

It was perfect and very clean. The room was great. The free breakfast every morning was really good. The inside pool and spa was wonderful. I will return and recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much.

We liked all the amenities. The pool, hot tub ,breakfast. 24 hour coffee station. Everyone very friendly. The breakfast was good and workers kept eating area spotless. Really hard workers. Very easy idk 15 or 20 minutes to Hershey Park. Plenty of places to dine and shop nearby.
I liked everything about the property. If I had one critique and it’s probably the same in most places. I wish all indoor pool areas had a rougher surface to make the floor less slippery.

Staff was able to accommodate our needs for a first floor room on very short notice since my husband ended up on crutches the night before our arrival. We called hours before arrival and Courtney was happy to help!

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and check out. Rooms were decent and clean for the most part. Very good breakfast.
Found some clothing items in the room that had been left behind by the people previously staying before us which is tell tale that the rooms are not thoroughly checked. Room was comfortable but not as clean as it should be. Hair left throughout the bathroom and shower, hair stuck on all the towels and washcloths, shower was not thoroughly wiped down as there was dirt in the corners and along edges/caulking. The pool and spa was extremely full of chlorine, burned the eyes when entering the pool area and made it difficult to breath so we did not swim very long.

Location. Too close to highway. Towel rack fell off wall in bathroom. Door was sticky and hard to open.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfy but pillows could if been a Lil more firmer.
Sink filled up with water while brushing teeth, but they fixed it right away, so that was good.

My stay was so Pleasant staff was very accommodating and very welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and there was a lot of variety Not to mention it taste great. I will definitely Be a returning customer
I really appreciated that the room smelled wonderful when I got there also it was cleaned very well. I also genuinely appreciate the Hotel supplying breakfast for their guests, that was sincerely a great pleasure for my family and I. I also love the fact that they were very accommodating to my requests

Staff was nice
The room was very dirty! I had a toilet paper roll with feces on it! The bathtub was very dirty also! My kids were very uncomfortable about this.

There was a concerted effort to make sure it was clean. It was well laid out. Coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was above average.
Some material is wearing out. The four of the bathtub was one example of this. Needs updating. The pool was cold and the windows had spiders with large webs in the pool.
