Location is awesome
Our A/C went out on the second day of our stay and nothing was done to accommodate us. Had to sleep in a hot room, asked for fans and were denied. Horrible! This was a go to hotel for us for the past 5 years, seriously have to reconsider it. Manager would not even speak to us. Claiming she was busy on phone. Guess your guests are of no value to you.

Great location and lovely staff
Valley parking took 30 minutes each time to get our car
6.0
Very clean and close to the Riverwalk
I didn’t like that non of the elevators were working on the day we had to check out and we can do go 5 floors down with a stroller and luggage. We also had to go look for our car 3 blocks down after having paid $45 to valet due to them being backed up for a hour.

Great front desk staff. Very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms a bit dated

Everything was perfect! Very clean and spacious rooms! All The Staff we talked to were great! Housekeeping lady saw us in the hallway and asked us if we wanted free turndown service for our room! 😊The Free Breakfast was also well done!
Sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, cereals! Everything was well stocked!
The Parking is directly across the street in the Houston Street garage for 10$ a day.
Free WiFi worked well too!
We enjoyed our stay! Nothing to complain about!

Fantastic customer service. Right from the start a female came and opened our doors when we pulled up to valet. She truly provided white glove service. She was extremely helpful and patient. On day 2 our kiddos came back with some playground injuries and the gentleman at the front desk was more than helpful getting items from the first aid to cover my daughter’s wound. At breakfast I juggled getting food for my 3 little ones and the attendant in back was more than happy to help pour them milk for their cereal and even walk them to our table. I worked in hotel service for years, I try not to be a bother but these 3 really were fantastic. Oh and I cannot miss out on the great housekeeping. We weren’t expecting to come back to our room being cleaned (seems like hotels are stepping back from daily service) but it was and I was so grateful.

Everything was very nice, we have no complaints

The location is good. The staff is friendly.
1) Breakfast was not very good: mainly unhealthy carps and greasy stuff. No eggs, for example.
2) Facilities in poor condition: furniture partly decaying, old stains on sofa, toilet lamp was blinking, air conditioning very noisy, windows not cleaned from outside for years etc.
3) Street noise was disturbing much of the night (at least on 6th floor)
4) One of the elevators was out of order, hence very long wait for the elevator. Very noisy elevator.

Very clean, a great central location for our family. They had a decent free breakfast and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We drove from Ft Worth and they had our room ready a little early.
Can't think of anything

Location
The room wasn’t as clean as expected

The location was great. Right in the middle of everything.
The pool was closed for renovation, plus it was very small.

Building location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, breakfast service, snacks and water available.
The mirror in the main room and the windows had handprints and smudge marks on them. I paid extra for a room with a view, so the smudges on the windows were obvious. The long mirror at the food of the bed had a lot of smudges (like makeup or lotion) that were really noticeable.

Location was great, lots to do and right by a Walgreens so that's nice. The room was big and the bed was cozy. The staff was all very nice and I'd stay again for sure!
Pool size is a little small but didn't bother me honestly

My vehicle was broke into under the care of valet parking. The valet parking company has not made any effort to reimburse me for fees etc.

The location was good. Close to everyone. People from desk were awful when we arrived on 07/28/3020. Room wasn’t clean enough.

Location was great. Staff was good. Facilities were also great.
For Breakfast there was no Pure Vegetarian(Eggless) Option . It was only Fruits and Milk. Maybe that can be improved.

The location
The breakfast ended early, at 8:30am they were already putting items away. We had to go out to eat. Not happy about that.

Breakfast was dissapointing because all hot items were precooked and not made fresh on the spot. There was not enough fresh fruit options to choose from either. We skipped breakfast after that first morning!
Our bathroom door was broken when we arrived and couldn't be repaired so we were moved. The A/C in the new room couldn't cool the room at all and we finally got a maintenance guy to check it out the last day to try and get it to cool.

Disappointed.
Super cold eggs, hash browns, chicken Patty's. Cold coffee.
