Location, complimentary breakfast
Evening check in guy at front desk. Grumpy! Room was booked as a king and twin bed. Their idea of a twin was to push the dirty ottoman against the dirty couch. Tiles in bathroom were broken. Limited hot water. Overall, unit in need of repair and attention.

Breakfast was fine but there was no place to sit and eat it. They would benefit from a quiet space as well to sit and work if need be.
Better communal space.

The only thing that saved this was the balcony with the view of the hill and the washer/dryer that was in the room, so we were able to do our laundry.
First of all, the parking is an utter nightmare. They have 6 total parking spots in the "garage" for the entire hotel!! 6 spots. Around the corner from the garage they have 10 total spots which were filled with a foot of snow that the hotel was NOT clearing out for guest. But let me stress A TOTAL OF 16 SPOTS FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL. So, there is almost NO parking in town, if all 16 spots are filled and you park on the street or in town you will be ticketed & towed.
We had room 302 I thought I was getting a two-queen bedroom. IN the end I got a king bed a couch and I had to use the ottoman pushed next to the couch in order to make another bed! They had no other roll away bed or room. I was not going to sleep on the floor. The room was so small there was no room for a roll away of that was an option. It was so small the five of us were cramped.
All the coffee, water and tea that was in the room WAS FOR A FEE!! MIND YOU ALL OTHER HOTLES I HAVE BEEN IN THIS WAS INCLUDED! They had robes there for $90. They had a small white stuffed buffalo for $20. Let me tell you how much I did not like this in the room for a fee. It was not easy dealing with a little kid wanting this new toy! Everything they had in the room was there BUT FOR A FEE! How is this convenient?
You could not watch the two TVs in the room in peace because the remote changed both TVS!! Yes both. So, while I was watching tv in the bedroom, and the kids changed the tv in the living room it changed my tv not only the channel but the volume as well.
There was construction going on this floor, so we got to hear banging the entire day/night. The crew kept hitting our door, turning the knob and leaving their crap all over the floor and in our way to the elevator. Our kids were on edge all night thinking someone was going to walk right in our room. I lost count how many times I had to open the door only to see a member of the crew saying oh wrong room.

The location was great. Very easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. It was also very near the local bus stop that takes you to Teton Village (but we ended up doing Nordic - not downhill -- skiing). Very convenient to the visitors' center, which is where our wildlife tour departed from. Parking was good and convenient. Very clean and pretty well equipped kitchen.
I really liked having a washer/dryer in the unit.
We were in the back building, so had to go outside and back in to get to the lobby.
The room was small (but not tiny) and there were no hooks or polls to hang coats on. Really only an issue because we had so much ski-related clothing and stuff.

It’s a beautiful property within easy walking distance of the main streets. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
The included breakfast was a grab and go with good quality choices. However, juggling an open plate of food plus my coffee proved quite the challenge when I was trying to simultaneously open the door to the building where my room was located as well as use the room key to get into my room. There are no small tables anywhere to put your things on, so I was forced to put food and coffee on the ground while opening doors. Not exactly classy.

The suite was nice and location quiet - even with construction in the area. It was convenient being able to walk to restaurants and shops. (We only jumped in the car for excursions.) We appreciated the little extras provided, such as laundry and dishwasher detergents, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, face wipes, etc. We appreciated having a stackable washer and dryer in the suite - which is not always the case at other locations.
Construction vehicles made alley parking lot a little tight at times; however, we had no issues.

We were 3 couples and stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse which was perfest. It was very well appointed with everything we needed and even a private roof top hot tub.It ts centrally located downtown within a 5 minute walk to almost everyplace you would want to go in town.
$2.50 change for in room Voss water. Felt like they were charging for something that should have been complimentary.Other than that ...nothing.

The breakfast and location. The staff was very helpfull.
The suite we got needed to be maintained. Peeled paint and caulking. Promoted a city view and had none I was facing walls and next to a storage room. Coffee was not refilled.

Close to downtown
Kitchen was difficult to use, and the space was poorly planned. Works have liked a table. Too noisy from traffic.
