Our three night stay was disappointing.
Staff was friendly. Manager was not willing to accommodate.
Asked for an accessible room for my son with special needs and my sister in a wheelchair. The only thing accessible was a sign with a button at the door labeling the room accessible!

Good
Good service overall, breakfast couldn't have been better but it was still good and also free so im not complaining about that. Room was also clean!
The shower started flooding because there was most likely someone's hair in the drain and the water from the sink smelled pretty bad.

Experience
24/7 decaffeinated coffee, love the shower for older guests.
Breakfast was cold, the same thing of cold potatoes, gravy was cold, biscuits were cold and hard. Only one comfortable chair, we were 2 adults.

Not enjoyable at a
Location, near border. Bed comfy.
Asked for a ground floor room since we have our dog. None available Elevators working, but noisy, so staff closed them. We had to carry all luggage and supplies up stairs from parking lot Someone was smoking marijuana on the second floor near our room. I reported it at supper time of stay …. smell was very strong - almost made us sick. No change by 10:00 pm. Strong smell still in the morning. Not acceptable Overall, not pleased with hotel. Usually stay in Best Western but may change.

Disappointing
The room was comfortable. The laundry area was nice.
The pool area was very dirty. All the outdoor furniture was worn and tattered. The hot tub didn't work. Our shower curtain was ripped in several places. The shower rod was coming off of the wall. It appears that the property has been neglected.

Horrible!
That property is really bad! Over priced for dirty room, filthy bathroom, get my own linen and towels, no maid service, rude clerk, had to empty my own trash! I would never stay there again, and I wouldn't recommend that property to my worst enemy!
Everything in above comments says it all.
