I never have had a worse experience.

The bed was good. I have never complained about a hotel/motel ever and that is how bad this was.

The bathroom was not clean. There were papers and dust on the floor. The bathtub had some dirt and flies. The biggest thing was breakfast. It was advertised as having breakfast. the guy who was working refused to take the many tables out of the corner of the room to allow people to sit and eat their breakfast. We were first in the room and then I asked him to please move a table and 2 chairs for us to sit on. He picked up 2 chairs in one of the back rows of the other chairs and moved those but no table. Next and old couple came in and I offered to them to set up a table and chairs. The man looked a the guy and looked at me and said thanks miss but you don't work here. The guy who was working here looked at the couple and still did nothing. So they walked out. WHO DO YOU HIRE?? I would have fired him in a heartbeat. This was July 29th Saturday Morning.

You can stay next door for twice as much, or you can be fiscally responsible and stay here.

The value in the area was crazy good.

The bathroom mirror light was so bright I couldn’t even look in the mirror.

Horrible service

I stayed for 5 nights and my room was not cleaned, trash was not thrown, beds were not made and the only way I could get anything done was to ask for it and when I did ask, the staff were unapologetic and made me feel like I was asking too much. I will never stay at Days Inn again.

I would stay here anytime I had to come up to Akron/Kent

Staff was extremely friendly. I didn't partake in the pool, but did not know it had one so I wasnt prepared. Didn't have time anyway but still!! Thats awesome!

There was one weird person in the parking lot bugging alot of people and he was very interested in my car. Happily there were cameras everywhere so I felt safe.

Could be a nice place, needs better cleaning done.

Bed was comfortable and no bed bugs, hot shower. Light was neat in the sink area.

Room didn't smell fresh. Side table, dresser, and desk were dirty, like crusted food and rings from drinks. I went to the store and bought santizing wipes and lysol. Had 2 towles for 4 people in 2 nights. Got questioned when I asked for more towels on the second day. The ring around the shower head was falling off. The towel rack fell apart when taking the towel off of it. Toilet flush was extremely loud.

I didn’t use it but the pool looked appealing. the staff was helpful. check in was 3:00 they accommodated me and checked me in at 2:00

The room was not clean . it was a non smoking room however there was smokers. film every where.I had two double beds think Goldie locks one bed was too soft . I almost checked to see if it were a blow up bed that was deflated . The other bed is was too hard. where was just right . the carpet curtains wall and art didn’t flow . it was as if 50 years of decor was thrown in one room . it took me 20 mins how to turn on the light in the bath room sink . there what appeared homeless people using the “business “ center if I were coming to visit my kid I was paying for university I would run

It's a place to sleep for the night

Refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The bed frames sounded like dumpsters being emptied every time you move. Electrical outlets were very loose, didn't charge electronics well.

Broken locks Felt unsafe Neighbors were very loud and disruptive-- wasn't able to sleep much No options given to manage disruptions Lights didn't work Doesn't seem like owner respected and acted on previous negative reviews despite apologizing and responding to them. It feels more like they are trying to scrape value from their customers without giving much back in return. I'd like to say you get what you pay for but I wasn't even able to sleep much.

Went above and beyond!!!

Came up for a concert. Ended up broke down in the parking lot after check out. 2 hours away from home. One of the cleaning crew guys gave us a jump twice. Couldn't get the car running. Had to wait almost 6 hours in the lobby waiting for my family to come haul my car home and pick us up. Long story short. The staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you all very much.

poor soundproofing. pray that your neighbors will not talk or laugh overnight. not many choices for breakfast either.

The location to Kent State and the low price.

The strong smell of cigarettes. Also, the guests next door were very loud and I could hear everything. Need better sound proofing.
