the lady at the front desk was very ignorant wen she found out I left a bad review about how dirty their rooms were and how stained up and dirty the bed was plus the bathroom being filthy but it’s koo bc I thought that was y u were supposed to leave reviews so they can do better nd fix wats wrong or wat a customer is complaining about but I guess not she was mad bc I done facts oh well to bad !!!

We were driving through a snow storm, and needed an immediate room. They were the cheapest, and had rooms. By cheapest, 100 CAD vs. 180 CAD. The lady at the front desk seemed nice.

- fire alarm, didn't have the alarm - a flea was on the bed - the ac was full of filth, held in by a sheet of plywood - the bed cover didn't fit the bed, the bed was slanted, the box spring was falling apart, there were burn holes in the blanket - the lights by the bed didn't work - there was a random bar on the window, as the lock was broken, - the sink was glued on, the tub was crooked, the caulking around the tub was moldy - the TV was all static 100$ CAD was too expensive for what we got. We stayed maybe 6 hours and left.

No hot water, it was dirty.

Clean and comfortable.

There was one bug (looked like a bedbug) on one of the beds. We checked the beds thoroughly, and there were no others. It did cause us a little nervousness though.

What breakfast?

Bed had no blanket or spread on it. Bad neighborhood made me very nervous. No comfortable chairs to sit in to read. no wi-fi.

Walked in and walked out to get a refund. The only good thing about the place was that our refund was given without any questions. Stark furnishings. Little decorations. Dirty pillows and mattress. Unsafe location of our room. Surprised that Bookings.com could be associated with this place.

Cleanliness and comfort and comfort were an issue

Television remote did not work so clerk tried to reprogram several spares. I appreciated the effort to help us.

Door lock was broken and barely hanging on. Parking lot had plenty of potholes.

The view from the front door was the garages of the neighbors 40 feet away. They were nice.

The view, the gap between the bottom of the door and floor. At least 1 cockroach, just 1 very thin blanket. Locked myself out and called for a new key and it took 20 minutes after I called a 2nd time. I was outside barefoot waiting on food delivery and it came before the new key. The rooms were not in the same location as the rest of the hotel, they were completely distanced from it and not identifiable as part of the hotel. Trucks were idling behind my room beginning very early. I asked for late checkout and it was not addressed or granted. I'm not a picky hotel guest, but this was not even worth 60 dollars I paid. I barely slept and felt very uneasy about the safety and lack of surveillance of the location. My room was not even in sight of the main hotel. I'm sorry to report this but it needs to be said. I SHOULD BE ASKING FOR A REFUND OR FREE NIGHTS IN THE FUTURE. If I wasn't desperate I would have walked away and slept in my car but there wasn't enough room in it for my dog and myself. Notice in the photos my dog guarding the door with the 1.5 inch gap at the bottom.

upon arrival, desk clerk claimed that the app never sent the reservation. so I had to pay on site. moments later as we went into the room, the desk clerk called my cell phone to tell me that other guests were complaining about noise I was making. I JUST walked in the door! Also, the only way she could have got my cell number was through the online reservation, which she claimed she never received. Sure enough after checking my credit card statement, I was charged TWICE. I have stayed here several times in the past, but unfortunately I will not be returning because of the dishonesty.

They didn't have soap or shower gel. I had to use shampoo to wash my hands at the sink, and to shower.
