OK for the money.

The coffee was good

The bed was too hard. The toilet and sink were very low. Difficult for aged tall people.

Overall a good place to stay

Overall my stay was ok. Bruce greeted me when I arrived and check in was easy.. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious. The hot tub was relaxing.I was about 10 minutes late for breakfast and Brandon brought out items I asked for. He also did this for another guest that was later than I was. Thank you Brandon!

A male guest was at the front desk in just a towel yelling at staff and women and exposing himself. He later trashed his room and broke the window. The staff contacted the manager and were told not to contact police and he would be there in the morning to handle the situation. The staff handled the situation as best they could having to follow the managers orders. The police were there around 10:30 am and were talking with the guest that caused the problems as I was checking out. I do not agree with the managers orders to his staff. This could have been a dangerous situation causing harm to guests and staff. The man should have been removed by police immediately. I would stay here again because I have stayed here many times and it's always been a good experience. I won't let one bad guest ruin me staying here at another time.

Run the other way from this LOW "Quality Inn"

The staff person at check out really was busy covering multiple positions but did at least listen when we shared things about the room and did write some things down. Sadly, there's no way to know if anything will be done to solve the issues.

Check in staff took a long time to come to the desk. "Smoke Free" building stinks of stale cigarette smoke. Food, mold, hair and stains in room. Refrigerator badly needed defrosting. Damaged furniture. If we had been able to find somewhere else to stay and gotten a refund we would have. Filthy and will not be back.

The security back door didn't work, the shower head was rusty, no signal on the TV, to far from router computer was slow, room was hot when I got there.

2 bight stay

The location was fine for what we needed it for. The breakfast had a lot of variety.

Our room had some sort of furnace or something that turned on and off continuously- made it hard to sleep. The comforter had holes in it. The carpet and recliners showed too much wear, tear and stains.

They did a good job providing a clean place to stay at an affordable price

Breakfast was descent. Cleanliness okay. Room seemed clean, bed comfortable, shower was nice with hit water but had to pull the drain for water to go down. Would stay there again

When walking in the hall the halls seemed dirty, quite a few rooms looked like the doors were ajarred. In fact I had to kick the door to the open and kick it closed. At first I didn't notice that the door did not automatically lock. Definite safety issue

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Staff was horrible! And then, no staff. Police came to find anybody there working? Nope! Lobby filled with angry wedding party!

Very beat up place, dirty, run down, WAY overpriced!!!!!! Couch caving in, falling apart and shredded up leopard top in hide a bed, GROSS

Second time I have stayed there in last year--guess that sums it up!

Breakfast and staff were great! Felt safe as location is well lit.

Bathroom could have used a good cleaning. Also, room had an off-odor.

Not an outstanding stay, but okay overall

The breakfast was pretty good. The variety was better than other places. My adult son especially enjoyed the food. The dining area was clean. The rooms were pretty good. Lots of towels, that was good. I really liked the shower in the pool area. Having the shower right there was great for getting clean before the swim and washing off the chlorine afterwards. Beds were comfortable.

The doorknob on the bathroom was barely very loose. The bathroom was pretty clean, but I've seen better. There noise level was worse then some other similarly priced hotels. The room doors didn't close without extra help, that was bothersome. There was quite a heavy, stale, sort of musty odor to the room, almost made me want to buy disinfectant spray. I've not had that before. This would not be my first choice to stay in the area, but I would be a repeat customer. The quality breakfast would tip the scales.

Good value.

Breakfast not so good but adequate quantity of choices. Room met my needs, had a nice recliner. Nothing glamorous but I was traveling for a class and good value.

Coffee was pretty low quality.
