HORRIBLE!

nothing! was absolutely horrible! we stayed for 7 nights and there was no power for 3 of the nights in our room. we went to staff and they laughed and said “that happens often”

The rooms were not clean and never once did they come and clean our room…. we had to go buy our own sheets because the sheets they had on there bed were absolutely disgusting. the pictures of this place looked nothing like that in person. there was even no lights only a lamp!

This place needs a major upgrade and deep cleaning.

The office manager was nice. Location was convenient.

What was supposed to be a full weekend of relaxation and fun QUICKLY turn into… “DISAPPOINTMENT”. The room was supposed to be ready at 3pm, we arrived after 7, room reserved but not ready. We walk the strip, got food came back, room ready got the key, get to the room key doesn’t work (3x) now I have to wait for maintenance😔, another fifteen more minutes (both maintenance men on break 🙄), not to mention it’s COLD 🥶. Maintenance came reset the key pad, open the door, room smell like dust and mold, a/c falling apart, furniture OLD, curtain FILTY, paint peeling from door and walls, floors literally dirty couldn’t walk barefoot, dust balls in the corners, the springs in the mattress make noise with EVERY movement, my kids complaining they want to stay somewhere else😖… at this point I’m hurt, tired and over it. Feedback only allow me to upload one picture from each part, below I uploaded all pictures of the room. Lastly, the picture shown above ISN’T what my room look like nor is the lobby that nice. Those picture had to be taken a very long time ago. Housekeeping and maintenance need to do better! The hotel manager was really nice and understanding. Bathrooms are old but nice. Our weekend stay was cut short😔. I honestly didn’t like my stay and WILL NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. My opinion… There not going to fix anything that isn’t completely broken because of the location, management know Baymont will always have business. I don’t think the supervisor or anyone else in management take our feedback into consideration because every feedback has the same response: “As guest feedback is important to us, we appreciate you bring this to our attention. We will address this immediately with the appropriate supervisor.” 🗣️Nothing is being corrected. There is no reason Baymont should have the same complaints 2+ years ago, still today!

I spent Spring break with my brother and college buddies

I really enjoyed my stay in Florida and Baymount suites I would recommend. I’m from Michigan so in my opinion the location and staff made my stay more memorable.

Terrible building, terrible room, no breakfast.

Great location across the street from the beach.

Awful! The building looks like it is going to fall down any minute. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, breakfast was included in the price, but they had nothing. No coffee, juice, or even water to drink. I understand that it is a budget motel, but the place is a wreck. I would never stay there again.

It's a place to sleep at the beach.

The price was good for the area and time of year. Easy access to the beach across the street.

The maintenance really needs to be done. Although the room was clean, it had a lot of damage. The bathroom door was broken as was that door knob The tile floor was broken in several places. The molding was literally falling off. The hot water in the shower was hit or miss. It ran out twice in 3 nights.

Absolutely nothing!

The room was disgusting. Mold on the furniture. Toilet paper stuffed in the peep hole on the door because it was knocked out. Bugs on the wall and ceiling. A used condom in the drain of the shower. One spot of the ceiling looked to be falling in. Curtains on the window wouldn't even cover the entire window for privacy. I have photos of everything stated. We checked in and back out in less then a hour

The elevator didn't work I didn't have any toilet paper I didn't have a shower curtain I didn't have towels that were suitable for an adult only foot towels were available and the people above me kept running back and forth all night and you could hear it through the ceiling

The most disgusting hotel with the rudest staff.

The property is conveniently located to the beach.

The property was very run down, dirty and unkept. The 1st room they put us in had not been cleaned. I let the front desk know and he was unhelpful and rude. We had to reach out to booking to get placed in a clean room. I’m not sure I would describe new room as clean also. There was mold on ceiling and cob webs everywhere. That evening the hot water stopped working in the hotel. We were out hot water for 36 hours.

I did not like anything about my experience at this poorly managed and extremely neglected property

DIRTY!! FILTHY!!! BEDS!!!! The sheets had not been changed on either queen beds. My son and I requested all new bedding. We waited for 25 minutes in the lobby area for the bedding to be delivered from another hotel in the area. We undressed one bed and each layer we peeled off was far more filthy than their previous layer! Mattress pads were covered in urine stains and the actual mattresses were saturated in urine and covered in mold on both sides top and bottom side of both mattresses. I took pictures and videos. Made a police report and called the Panama City health department to report the unsanitary conditions of this hotel, actually it’s a run down MOTEL that I wouldn’t even pay $20 a night to sleep in.

no WiFi. pool was closed, this was not advertised when booking. shower wasn’t great. not cleaned very well. breakfast was not good. didn’t have enough towels, when asked for more they didn’t have any available and when they did get some available they only had hand towels and wash rags. not enough toiletries in room to accommodate 4 person family, only 1 small shampoo and 1 conditioner and bar of soap

It looked like a 6th grader made updates to the room. Paint splatter everywhere. Very poor renovation. Tub drain extremely slow. Outside is a mess also. It looked dirty, but I realized this was mostly because of how bad a reno job it was.

The view was beautiful. From front entrance the beach view was great and back balcony view was good as well. The easy access of the elevator was very much needed and appreciated.

There was very little parking for this location because everything was bumper to bumper.

Wasn’t beach front, didn’t look like the pictures online! had roaches, toilet had to be flushed multiple times for it to actually go down, toilet water was never clean it had a yellow color to it, after being flushed, the tub drainage never drained completely, didn’t get room service until the morning we was leaving. Avoid if you can!
