Checkin in staff was rude & the hotel was understaffed

The location

I arrived at 3 to be sure I was on site to check in without delays. The check in staff was rude. Overcharged me & told me they seen a different price in the computer. He actually was looking at someone else’s account. So I was also charged twice. They wouldn’t answer the phone of booking staff to call. Didn’t respond to email neither. My check in was delayed by 2 hours. After he finally seen the error he made. No offer to rectify the error. I was embarrassed & my family was inconvenienced.

Amazing price with beautiful views!

Beautiful view of the ocean from the room! Comfy beds and great showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff from lobby to maintenance and housekeeping. Walking distance to incredible restaurant with sunset views for dinner.

My Family and I had an Amazing stay and would definitely like to return just at warmer period of tim

Location was Amazing Beach was BEAUTIFUL The view from our Room was Outstanding and the rooms were perfect. We had 3 adults and 6 kids between 2 rooms and it was perfect.

Front staff, don't remember who but there were, but were very rude. It was too cold for us at that time of year. Leaving Wisconsin we didn't want the same weather we were leaving, so we only stayed the one night and headed further south. The pool was also closed and with 6 kids that was a game changer if it had been warmer at the time.

We left without staying after walking several sets of stairs only to find a room we just didn’t feel safe in.

Location was on the water

We get there and checked in and tried our best to find our room. With help of someone from housekeeping, we finally found it after going up and down several sets of stairs hauling all our luggage. We get to the room and it’s not a good situation. My husband wasn’t feeling well and after finally making our way to our room, he was completely over it! And didn’t like at all what he saw. It just didn’t make us feel safe. While the gal at the desk was very kind and tried her best to accommodate us (this was totally not her fault at all) this hotel was NOT a good representation of its advertisement. We went next door and for 30 more had a beautiful room with a balcony and an amazing view and a wonderful breakfast AND didn’t have to walk any stairs .

Great location with all the main amenities at a great price.

The staff was nice and the location was perfect. I also enjoyed the on pool deck bar and grill so you didn’t have to leave the property to get food and drinks. Also loved the lawn tic-tac toe game over looking the beach and sunset!

On the booking site it states a kitchenette was in the room I booked and showed pictures but once getting there they said it had to state it was a full kitchen in writing. Other than that it was done but it wasn’t what we had reserved and that was disappointing

This was the worst place to stay with anyone.

I did not like anything . The picture online is misleading.

The bathroom was disgusting. Dirty floor and bugs everywhere. Only one roll of toilet paper. They never told me I had to request towels everyday. The room was old and the tub was nasty. I had to clean the tub and request a broom. You had to climb steps. I just had surgery on my knee so this kept me from enjoying the beach because I couldn’t go up and down the many steps. My friend fell. She add 80% of her body burned in a fire. She could not make it up and the steps but once. I was so disappointed and frustrated. The name on the website is not the name on the building yet another big misleading factor to draw you to this place. This should never be recommended until they update the real picture of this place and be honest.

Looking forward to making another trip to stay here!

I loved the beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. The rooms were very clean and nice. Beds were super comfy. AC was cold! Nice. The staff was helpful and amazing. Easy access to the beach. Literally a few steps and you are on it. The beach was wonderful.

The pool was not heated. The kids were super excited about swimming but the water was too cold to get in. ☹️ The walkway and stairs from our room straight to the parking lot were not accessible. Seems like sewage was leaking right there. Super annoying. I know that wasn't something that could be fixed quickly. It just would have been easier to be able to walk that way to our car, instead of walking out of the way.

I would not stay there again nor recommend it. Did not meet my expectations.

Room was clean.

The entry doors do not have a closed seal. You can see daylight showing through. Same for balcony door. The outside of the buildings need to be fixed and cleaned, not visually pleasing to look at. My first thought was to look for another hotel. No elevator. The description of the restaurant is misleading, it's a cafe. Don't expect to walk into a restaurant atmosphere.

Good location and everting else was a MESS!!!! Not coming ever again.

Location was amazing. Very close to city center, beach and all activities. I would say that’s the ONLY plus booking this place. Pls stay away from this place otherwise!!!!

I checked into the hotel on the 1st of Sept at around 10pm. There was a male and female at the front desk. Both of whom were EXTREMELY unprofessional. Took them 25 mins to just check me in. The guy was on the phone taking other calls, talking to his colleagues about something completely irrelevant (gossiping about food), he was just smiling and not doing his job, which was to check me IN. It was absolutely annoying. The customer service abysmal at this place. Room cleaning was basically, remove old towels and replace them with new ones. The floor was dirty, bathroom were dirty!!!! Really disappointing and would recommend people to stay away unless you don’t find any other option.

We were there for our anniversary and we had a wonderful time and that was in part because of where we stayed

The location, the facility, access to the beach, on-site tiki bar, and just in general the atmosphere.

I can’t really say that there was anything that I didn’t like, but next time I will leave the request first floor or third floor.

I just didn't like when you look at a picture online and it said choice a room and so you do for the price that it says on the one you choose and they give you a completely different room then what you agreed upon. I didn't like that part of the stay.

We ordered a deluxe room and instead we were put in a standard room with no kitchen and the mini fridge didn’t work and our shower was nasty when we arrived

I had to carry all my luggage down multiple flights of stairs to reach the lower level where my room was located, which was very difficult. There should b elevators available for use. I also didn't like that the pool closed at 10pm.

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Handicap parking was in front of our room. Staff was friendly and courteous and made sure our needs were met. Access to beach was amazing

Maybe delegate the parking for the handicap rooms to that room and have more spaces available for handicapped people.
