Great place to stay

A delapidated and below par maintenance

in my opinion, this resort all in all just a below average, due to I had stayed at resort such as the Broadmor in Colorado Spring Colorado and Kiawah Island resort near St. John South Carolina

Parking is complicate to follow, one assigned parking space per unit not cool, all yellow parking need consolidated in same area. not enough handicap parking space, too many issues to list, room at first look is adequate, but problems start, no hot water, until we call the maintenance to fix hot water, a periodic beeping noise and all 3 TV in condo not working, maintenance only fix 1 of 3 TV in the condo; therefore, resort drop to 2 stars because a 3, 4,& 5 stars resort would correct the problem BEFORE or on the 1ST call. Next the door at the balcony does not lock, all the lawn chairs all have salt rust at the bottom of the legs, thus, we did not feel these chairs are safe to use. the carpet on the balcony almost flown off the balcony so we had to roll it up and brought in and stored roll up in the main bedroom, the constant beeping sound came from owner closet, drove my wife and guest crazy. paint chip on baseboard, ceiling peel off and drop on head on tenants, live cockroach in master bedroom. Then the resort accommodation is barely adequate, the elevator at the very high end room number did not work for 3 days from the time we check in, water standing in the elevator, throughout the resort walkway, the bathroom on ground floor at the high end room number with water and urine mixed in walkways, and were all over the floor, also constant standing water from the ground floor route near the pool, Jacuzzi to beach wooden ramp. the Jacuzzi was in repair on 2nd day, I tried to use the pool at couple locations of this resort and learned the pool water lack of chlorine and water were murky not clear, so I tried in the early morning, and problem persist, Then the walkway on the beach are full of trash left behind by the tenants stayed at this resort, I am an early riser 5:30 to 6 am, as I walking down to the beach, did not see employee came out to pickup the trash or use rake being pull with and ATV to collect all the trash on the pretty white beach.

The room has ROACHES!!! Needs an up grade carpet was nasty curtains were nasty and needs to be replaced the balcony needs pressure washing the toilet seats needed changing it felt li a low budget room

We enjoyed our stay. Do Not stay in unit 519. Poorly maintained unit.

pool and location to restaurants

When we arrived the floors in the unit were filthy. We had to clean them mold was found in 2 different locations. Dryer vent was clogged and had to be cleaned. Lack of maintenance in unit 519

Will not stay here again

I like the location and the view.

The staff is rude with exception of the housekeeping. Also the shut down the pool the whole day due to “pH of pool”. It’s upsetting because we paid for that experience to swing in the pool with view of the beach. Multiple guess were complaining and the staff as rude.

we enjoyed our stay. a little pricey for me but would come back if I book during a different time.

Good location. I liked the assigned parking and that the parking was on our floor so no taking groceries and large bags on the elevator.

Elevators were a nightmare and could never visisit this location again. It took 30 minutes sometimes to get an elevator. Front staff was not pleasant and hated to be bothered

next time I will stay on a different resort/hotel.

the room was great, clean, confortable.

there is no control of the rules. I didn’t enjoy the balconies at night, all the people screaming like coyotes, the guys just above us smoked pot every night and the odor came down. a lot of people without wristbands on the pool. bartenders don’t have an idea how to prepare a good drink ( I tried 4 different). it was my 4th time there ( I usually go every 2 years to Panama city) but the las time in this resort.

Nothing good to stay. Customer service was awful!!!

Not much!

I'll need a lot more than 2-3 sentences. Also, this is the very first time I have complained about anything! Was there for my youngest son's wedding which was supposed to be a joyous event, but was anything but that. Was quoted 2 different prices by email and one was $300 more! The hotel couldn't help, blaming it on Booking.com. Called them and was told that it was the hotels problem, not theirs. Finally got someone at Booking.com who couldn't answer the difference in price, telling me maybe this and maybe that. I asked to speak to their supervisor, was put on hold for 30 minutes and then was hung up on. I just gave up at this point and decided to eat the cost. The door code didn't work, so another phone call. Elevators took as long as a 20 minute wait. The receptionist was more interested in eating pizza rather than helping. Felt like I was getting the run around. No smoke detector, just wires hanging out of the well, probably a codes violation. Only 2 of the four TV's worked and they had to be changed manually because the remotes didn't work. Duct tape was used to hold the batteries in. My white socks were black after the first day, so obviously the floors weren't cleaned. Biker week was in progress, so drunks and drug addicts were up until at least 3 AM revving their engines and doing burnouts, even in the hotel check in area. Was told they couldn't do anything about it, so no sleep for 2 days. I would attach a video of the all night motorcycle revving, but it won't let me. Never again!!!!!!!

Loved the location, garage parking, the view, and the size of the condo.

Overall a great stay, very nice, cozy, and clean! Awesome staff!

The location was amazing! Close to all restaurants, stores, and attractions as well as the beach itself.

The hot tub wasn't very warm or very big... the water was just luke warm and it us way too small for the amount of people that stay there.

We had an amazing time - we plan to come back next year! We will likely stay again.

The location was great!

The place needed a broom, hard to keep the sand off and room clean without one. The showers did have liners with the shower curtains, so the floor got wet in two of the bathrooms. Lastly, extra blankets would have been great.

great location, pool was huge (to cold to swim)

the staff were rude and unhelpful, the unit was not clean, never notified by anyone that red tide was and issue with some members that had covid and are still recovering with breathing issues was a huge concern with the amount of coughing we had. sharing all the death and water damage we encountered.

Pleasant

The location was great and the pool was pretty awesome. The gym is nice despite a few broken machines. There were alot of services on the TV (HBO Max, Netflix, etc). The view is great.

Indoor pool was decent but the hot tub was cold. Loud pipes rattling or something made sleeping at night very difficult for my fiance. The blinds in one room were broken and they didn't fix them. There was a mildew smell in the bathroom. They only gave us 2 dish Pods and one was busted, and no dish soap. They only had one pan in the kitchen so cooking was more difficult than it needed to be.

It was available.

It was filthy and incredibly old and in desperate need of a good cleaning and renovation. Hardly any cooking utensils of any kind.
