I will never stay at this place again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The only good thing I can say is that the woman who checked me in was super, super nice and accommodating. The lobby appeared clean and in good repair but the rooms were bad. Even though they were non-smoking rooms, there was a hint of cigarette smoke in both rooms.

We didn't go to the breakfast. The first room we checked into had towels in the refrigerator and something that looked like pizza smeared in it, and it smelled musky. So we got switched to another room which smelled like someone just smoked a joint in it. That didn't bother us that much, as the room, on first appearance, appeared acceptable, but then we realized the shower was filthy. There was a HAIR on the sheets when I pulled them back. The sheets were stained, even though they smelled clean. I didn't shower because it just felt too dirty. There was a brown smear on the ceiling over the bed which had some red in it, so it could have been blood. And there were clear, dirty footprints on the wall next to my bed. It was really hard to sleep in this filthy space, but we were too tired to complain and get yet another room...we were sure one was going to be as bad as the next.

there were roaches, holes in the walls, nothing was clean, the nonsmoking room smelled like a someone was just smoking in it, the couch had stains, the towels had stains, booked a 2 bed room, got 1 bed and a dirty futon.

The location.

Rude front desk! We had to clean the toilet seat before using it. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but smelled like stale smoke. We don't recommend this hotel!! Very unhappy with our stay!

The location was near the highway.

It needed some serious deep cleaning. There was nasty substances on the walls and mold in the bathroom. Dirt built up on light switches and faucets.

Booked through booking.com over a week in advance and my reservation was never booked in their system. The lady at the front desk was helpful and she was not at fault at all for this. But she did get me into a "non smoking" room that was available that obviously smelled like cigarettes. The room was clean for what it was but hadn't looked like it was updated since 1985. Batteries taped inside the tv remote, hair dryer didn't work, ac was out (though the fan inside did work) and linen reeked of cigarettes. I wish I would've caught that front desks woman's name to thank her for at least helping but unfortunately that won't be my go to location over night on my yearly trips to Florida.
