It was really good with some specific things to improve.

The location was perfect.

The cleaning staff sometimes forgot to replace the body lotions, shampoo, bottles of water, etc.

Excelente estadia em Washington

O café da manhã é fantástico, excelente. A localização é ótima e fomos bem atendidos por todos. Pedi um berço e fui atendida rapidamente e com amenidades de banho específica para a bebê.

A cama não era tão confortável e ficamos com dor nas costas, o quarto também merece uma cama maior.

Das Hotel hat nachweislich, unerlaubt und ohne Autorisierung den Betrag von € 435,39 von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht! Das ganze geschah am ersten Tag bei der Ankunft…auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption sagte man uns, es war ein Versehen…bis dato wurde der Betrag noch nicht rückerstattet!

In short, this is where we’ll be staying when we visit DC EVERYTIME!

The bed was extremely comfortable. Getting here was not hard and we were happy that the parking the garage was right with the hotel.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations!

The location and room size

The toilets in the rooms were like public toilets, stepping on the handle to flush. The $25 charge to check in before 4 when the room was actually ready. It seems nonsensical.

location is great for both tourists and business trips as it's pretty central to everything either of those groups needs. also we had some changes to the reservation and the staff could not have been more helpful

Fabulous stay and Fantastic hotel

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Very Centrally located close to the attractions. Fantastic breakfast with a very good spread. Very comfortable room. Front office staff and Concierge were extremely helpful..Would definitely recommend to other friends and would love to come back to this hotel.

Upscale hotel well located to visit Washington DC!

An upscale hotel well located for walking to many National historic sights, nearby restaurants and couture shopping! Excellent and friendly staff, with a good morning and smiles for all.

Great hotel

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Location was great and close to the monuments and attractions. There is a Starbucks in the hotel which was a plus for me.

There’s nothing about this hotel I didn’t like.

Perfect tourist location, nice hotel

Our room was quiet and comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after long days of sightseeing. You can’t beat the convenience and location of the hotel. It’s a short metro ride to Regan National airport and sits over an entrance to Metro Center stop, so you can metro anywhere you need to go. The White House is a short walk. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There’s an amazing bakery, Tatte, around the corner and other restaurants close by.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was comfortable and we were within walking distance of everything!

We liked that the room was large enough for our family (2 adults & 2 children - staying in a different room right down the hall and another couple who live in DC) to all gather and hang out. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable! There were plenty of outlets and even USB outlets for charging things! We also enjoyed watching the Disney family movie and having popcorn (a Saturday afternoon event hosted by the hotel)! We also took advantage of the Starbucks in the lobby.

Excellent overall experience.

Location is outstanding for walking everywhere downtown, rooms and beds very comfortable, beautiful lobby and great to have Starbucks on main level. Would definitely stay again!

Elevators could move a little faster. We had to wait for them longer than expected.

The Location was good. The door men were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast place was really nice and the staff were helpful.

The room did not have basic things like coffee mugs and water kettle. The cleanliness was not up to the standard. The view from the room was horrible. The coffee machine appeared to be dusty.

Definitely not worth $450 a night

Great location & super helpful staff

For $450 a night I was expecting more -like luxury linens. Cheap sheets, paper thin blanket that was supposed to be a duvet & 2 tiny pillows for a king size bed. Felt like I got ripped off

Made my trip to DC extra special, I was sad to leave due to my incredible stay!

Location was amazing, staff were kind and accommodating to any requests, breakfast buffet and servers were excellent. Accommodated late check out and had space to store luggage so we could continue exploring on our last day.
