Ottimo soggiorno

Camera molto ampia, bagno con antibagno spaziosi. Frigo grande e lavastoviglie. Colazione ottima: cinnamon roll, piccoli strudel di mele, porridge, uova e salsiccia, tacos, bagel, yogurt e frutta. Personale molto gentile. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente alla reception anche dopo il check out.

Un fuoco del piano cottura non era funzionante. Aggiungerei qualche accessorio per la cucina: sottopentola, strofinacci, pentolini piccoli.

Quick trip

The walkability into the city center was nice. The staff was friendly.

The property was pretty expensive overall. The bedding was awful. No real comforter just a thin what appeared to be bed padding thing. No tub or jacuzzi area

Lloc modern amb cuina molt ben equipada. Habitació ben distribuida per 4 persones.

Esmorzar molt escàs i sense reposició. Impossible triar el menjar amb la quantitat de gent que hi ha. Esmorzar insuficient per la ocupació que té l'hotel.

I will be returning to DC next year with a large group and plan on staying at the Homewood Suites.

Breakfast had a great selection each day and the Wednesday night social was a nice surprise. The front desk staff was also very helpful and accommodating. The large lobby/dining area was also a nice gathering space for our large group.

We needed the trash in our room emptied daily and that did not happen.

Front desk staff always willing to assist.

Breakfast, on multiple days the line for breakfast was long and by the time my family and I reached the front the workers spoke on the unavailability of multiple items. Several staff members comments were discouraging. The cost to park at this location was ridiculous; never again. Room service neglected to clean the room

Everything was great. From the cleanliness of the room to the breakfast. The receptionist by the name of Diamond who was phenomenal.

The WIFI connection was poor but other then that the stay was great.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. Gabriel at the front desk is a Gem!

A little more run down than I expected. It is clean, but not quite as clean as I would like. A little dusty, which affected my allergies, but pretty good in all of the main traffic areas of the room. The sheets did not fit the king bed probably, so they kept coming off all night.

I had a negative experience of checking into this hotel, I booked it a month before my arrival, on the day of check-in, we spent almost 2 hours to get a room, and it was still not the room we booked, it was smaller and less equipped. Initially, I was offered an even worse option, in which there was not even a folding sofa, I contacted the manager and only after 2 attempts I got a room with a sofa, but still much worse than the one that was in the photos when booking. the queue for breakfast is just huge, the breakfasts are tasteless, I had to have breakfast outside the hotel. The room was dirty even after the arrival of the maid, it did not get cleaner, the garbage remained in the same places on the floor.

I wish I have gotten a different hotel

The breakfast was OK. The hotel was clean and safe even though the neighborhood didn't look the best

BE CAREFUL ON PARKING CHARGE; two of the staff members told me that the parking there was $25 if you stay at the hotel, so I parked there. Today I see the change of $49+tax. ACROSS THE STREET IS THE PARKING SAFEWAY THAT CHARGES ONLY $25 . THEY ETHER ARE RIPPING YOU OFF OR THEY ARE NOT INFORMED.

It was our first time visiting DC, when we come again we will definitely be staying at Homewood Suit

Breakfast was good, but the breakfast staff was wonderful! Housekeeping staff was amazing, going above and beyond! My teenagers refuse to share a bed, so one took a cot. Housekeeping added a sheet and pillow for him! Front desk workers were always friendly and welcoming

The AC wasn't working properly and got a little hot on our last night.

The staff was outstanding.

the staff was outstanding from food service to housekeeping to maintenance. the people at the front desk were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and so personable.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Great Choice!

The STAFF is excellent! Every Last One Of Them! And Ms. Thomas (Vallet) is outstanding! The property is very nice, the price is a bonus. It's close to everything!

Expect to have to use Valet, there is NO parking. I'm not even sure you'd want to consider that a bad thing 🤔

Ruined my hotel experience/weekend. Typically great.

love the size and comfortability of the rooms.

I was locked out of my room 5 times and I was only there for a weekend due to the door scanner not working. I arrived Saturday afternoon and checked out at 4 am Monday. within that time frame, I was assigned 3 different rooms. it was extremely inconvenient and I asked if charges could be reduced for my stay and all the inconveniences that I faced beyond my control…. it was denied and I was only offered “honor” points. Not sure I’ll stay again.
