All went well.

Service staff were excellent. Checkin, concierge, bellman and bartenders.

Lobby is a bit noisy for working and reading but a great space just needs more noise absorption items.

Stylish hotel conveniently located in downtown DC

Hotel staff were very professional, efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean with stylish decor. Location is convenient, with many attractions within close walking distance.

WiFi is not free if not a Marriott member who booked directly (i.e. not through booking.com), mobile data coverage in the rooms is not great either.

Never Again

The staff was friendly.

I travel a lot and so far, this hotel was the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed at. Where do I begin? I wish I took pictures. As soon as I entered the room, every surface had stuck on food, bathroom counters had hair on them (long and small hairs from what looked like a man’s shavings). The toilet also had a stain. Because I cannot stay in such poor conditions, I spent the first 30 minutes cleaning the place before even attempting to settle in. You might wonder why I didn't call the front desk to ask to be moved to a different room. Well, it was already 11pm and they had already placed me in the wrong room (not the requested number of beds) and I didn’t want to ask to move rooms again. Why does a guest need to clean your rooms for you? As if all these issues weren't bad enough, the hotel had a WIFI outage for a whole day! What respectable hotel can’t figure out its WiFi service in 2024? Never again.

Everything was great the staff was our favorite part

We loved everything from the staff to the free water to our room to our bathroom everything and everyone was great

The only thing is that our tv was going in and out a little but not a big disappointment

They need to work on training staff on hotel software

It was clear the hotel had just opened with a few things not going just right but staff was curtious and resolved every thing, to be expected at a new hotel. The hotel bed was so comfortable and shower was amazing

I prepaid for the room thru Booking.com, yet the Hotel also charged me the same amount when I arrived and I have to wait 7 days to have someone review and correct I aksed to have 2 queen bds rather than a king, they said htey changed but we go to the room and it was a King. We kept it but when I asked about it their system said room was 2 queens. Have some kinks they need to work out.

Enjoyed our short stay… The hotel felt very spacious and clean…

The staff was excellent and very helpful… The location was awesome. We were able to go to the convention center and the capital one arena from the same hotel… Will use it for future reference.

Inspection/renovations… But totally necessary… And we got to stay on the new or renovated section… Which looked awesome

It was great. Great location and great people at the lobby that would definitely help you all throughout your stay.

It was being renovated at the time of our stay . Meaning everything would be new. There is Starbucks at the lobby. The location is also great since you would be walking from one pt to another. This is one of the most affordable with daily parking at the ground. It was great.

There is a fee for the internet but it was waived since i am a marriott member. But shouldn’t it be free instead? Hope they work on this. It is also quite hot sometimes since maybe it was summer. Would love to make our room cold since it is hot outside

It’s suppose to be an excellent stay if we find your parking place. And the the room is stinky.

The smell of the room was like a stinky arm pit. We parked at a public open parking space far by the hotel coz we can’t get nearer to the main entrance full of buses, and we can’t find for the hotel’s parking

it was nice wxcept the always going down to desk to reactivate my room key

seemed to be clean

everytime i tried to enter the room, my key wouldnt work and i had to go down to front desk to re activate the key, i left after two days of this and went someolace else
