location was fantastic

Close to West Cliff. Fire pit with seating.

Limited kitchen items such as wine glasses and knives. Sofas were warn, nails in the wall with what seemed to be missing pictures. It seemed warn down.

The location, the neighborhood was quiet, the front garden was so nice, live able floor plan, very clean. I would book again.

The modular sofa was challenging for older folks, kitchen knifes and cutlery need to be restocked, the backyard was not useable, and the barbecue was a primitive charcoal type.

Overall the house was nice. Easy to access, comfortable beds, extra linens and towels, plenty of space with large rooms.

The décor was weird and mismatched - great new kitchen with stained bar stool cushions and broken garbage can. Huge refrigerator with no ice maker or ice cube trays. Huge couch with a tiny TV across the room. Beautiful patio with no table or chairs to enjoy it.

The kitchen was nice and the location of the house in proximity of attractions in Santa Cruz was great .

The lack of overall cleanliness in this house made our stay not very comfortable. Within the first few hours after check in we spotted a mouse. We attempted to trap it and by moving the couches realized it had been a resident of this house for awhile. The floors were also very dirty, our children’s feet were black with dirt . We bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned them the best we could. The vacuum is also broken . We bought mouse traps and caught 2 mice. The booking company did refund the cleaning fee but wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this property to someone we know unless the owners did a deep clean.
