Comfy stay & perfect for local amenities

Location for the Comic Con was perfect and also close to shopping areas and bus station to catch Megabus back home. Quickness of them bringing out cooked breakfast, friendliness of staff

Having to use toasters to make our toast and only one of the two was working properly.

Terrible - we checked out a day early and went somewhere else.

We didn't like anything - nothing went well.

The basin was cracked, the toilet flush didn't work, the bath was tiny, the shower curtain was dirty, there were no hand towels and no water provided in the room. And it was expensive. They charged 4/5 star rates for 2 star accomodation.

What you would expect for the price.

Price is good for Docks location.

Not enough towels in room. Not given a hand towel. Also no extraction fan in bathroom means need to keep window open to prevent damp smell.

Enjoyed my stay

Every hotel in Liverpool over priced these days. I have no complaints about hotel and I had a lovely river view

Tooooooo expensive and I hated the £3 cost to put bag in hold. Very tacky 😟are you note making enough money 💰

Cheap, cheerful, OK to get your head down after a heavy night!

Excellent location, great price. Free parking was a definite bonus.

Needs some attention - bathroom dated and tiles/grout quite dirty.

Sehr gut für einen Fussballtrip nach Liverpool

Sehr gute Lage nahe Albert Dock, freundliches Personal, super zügiges Einchecken. Fenster im Zimmer konnte geöffnet und so auch durchgelüftet werden. Es gibt eine gemütliche Hotelbar.

Zimmer und das Bad sind schon ein bisschen abgewohnt, aber trotzdem sauber. Für einen Jungs Trip zum Fussball, war das aber auch kein Drama. Die Hotelbar macht sehr zeitig zu (22:45 Uhr).

The staff were amazing. They were pleasant polite interactive and just couldn’t do enough for you.

Perfect for a couple of nights with the kids, but a bit basic and dated

Location was pretty good. A few minutes walk from the Albert dock area. Room was clean and bedding was spotless. Shower was really powerful which is highly unusual but appreciated after a long day travelling and exploring the city

It was a bit tired and in need of updating generally. Wood chip wallpaper and squeaky doors. Dated bathroom and my mattress was a little saggy and lumpy.

Lovely staff, very helpful, great location at a reasonable price

Good location, with free car parking.

The security tab on the window was broken so we couldn’t leave it open, the bed moved when you sat on it.

Over priced, extremely basic.

It was quite close to city centre

For the price paid for 2 nights I've stayed in 4* Carpets were cheap old and grotty. Bed was really uncomfortable. Definitely wouldn't stay again.

Great location, but that’s it. Too expensive for what it was.

The WiFi and the location were the only positives things from our stay.

The room smelled of chlorine, so much so it was as though the staff were covering something up. When we moved the bed, it was filthy not just underneath but at the sides of the bed too. The cost was high considering these things. The biggest issue was the bed itself - it was on castors, so when we sat up in bed and led against the headboard the bed ran away across the room - we both nearly fell backwards. We had to wedge furniture in to stop it moving around, which isn’t great when you have mobility issues.

A good value hotel to come home to on a short city break.

Nearness to water Sports Centre and River Mersey walk. Easy walk to Albert dock and Ferry port. Not far from Bus Station.

The only thing which was missing was no Bran Flakes at breakfast for two days, however there was a good choice of other breakfast foods to eat. My friend and I had clean towels every day.

Clean and well located for our purposes. Budget standard of facilities exactly what we expected.

Decor tired and in need of a refresh. Extra charges for everything. Luggage storage, late check out/early check in etc. Expensive for the quality. In fairness it was golf open weekend.

Location was good for my requirements

Hotel is just very tired looking, mattress on bed was very soft and could feel the springs. Linen was clean at least but carpets in the room were very dirty and tired

Great for a short stay

It's the second time we stayed there for a night in Liverpool to do the Beatles tour..location is great with free parking. Basic hotel but very clean and comfortable beds. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We didn't book breakfast. The hotel room are basic but, clean, good reception staff, lovely bar and outside area. Great location, we live on the wirral so not actually that far away, however for the price and convenience it was actually more cost effective than a taxi ride home to stay! Would defo recommend 😁

The decor is basic and a little dated, but clean and a great location.
