Fantastic facilities for a family. Children of any age will love the garden - great outdoor pool, trampoline, multi-sports (basketball, football) court, small zip wire. The indoor family spa area is also lovely.
The receptionists were very friendly. The room was very nice.
The hotel is about 20 minutes from the centre of Mayrhofen - perfect for us, but others might want to be at the centre of the action.
The restaurant service was a bit hit and miss - ok overall, but we had forgotten orders and long delays serving people on occasion, so it could have been better.
We had a family suite. Nice room, lots of space, but had a windowed bathroom in the middle of the room, which was odd.

Fantastic Breakfast, but remember you can ask for freshly cooked options which isn't super clear e.g. omlettes etc
We had a great dinner one night, would recommend the '5 course' option
SPA was better than our expectations, fantastic sauna and cold pool as well as indoor / outdoor pool and jacuzzi
Our only watch out is that it's a long walk to the main lifts, especially if you need to take Skis. We had a car so drove to the car park but it meant we had to take it easy on the Apre!
