I am a frequent visitor to the Strass so i like most things about the hotel.
For a 4 * hotel the breakfast range could be improved a little especially re cooked breakfast and put in automatic coffee machines for extra variety

Everything.
Jacuzzi could be a little more frequent, but otherwise, everything was how I wanted it.
All of their staff were friendly, helpful, resourceful and informative. The waiters were extra pro.
The steam room was ace!

Location. Staff at breakfast were very friendly.
Boot room for skis was great although more seating would have made it easier to use.
Meals in the restaurant were over priced and food very average.
Selection of food at breakfast seemed to vary depending on the size of your party with larger tables having more variety on their table than smaller groups. There was a lack of hot breakfast items available and little fresh fruit.
I was told that I would have to pay for hot water as there were no tea making facilities in the bedroom.
Beds were hard. Towels were very rough.
Jacuzzi was freezing.
