I loved the location so much, the size was perfect and it had everything we needed. Not to mention the espresso machine's convenience and the cleaning lady's attention to detail!
I wouldn't change a thing about the way this was handled.

Best location in Rome. Literally around the corner from Campo de Fiori, yet really quiet at night. Anna was a lovely host. Self serve breakfast had everything needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location was excellent and it was very clean and comfortable. Anna the host was fantastic, very informative and kind. Breakfast was amazing, lots of snacks, coffee and juices.
The two rooms are very close to each other, was not a big deal at all.

Anna supplied a well stocked kitchen for us and the ac was definitely appreciated. She responded quickly and was such a big help to us. The location worked well for our needs. We could walk to so many other wonderful piazzas easily and at any time. There's an elevator for those who need a break from steps. Anna's directions to the door are spot on.
The tv wasn't hooked up and the WiFi is weak. Here's the thing - we didn't come to Rome to watch tv and we got by on the WiFi or went to a restaurant in the piazza and joined their network.

Free breakfast the first nite in the restaurant round the corner, We had croissant and coffee. The place was nice so we went on having breakfast there the rest of the period.
A cake was always available on the table in the kitchen. We could not resist!!
The host Anna is very very nice and helpful
The room was very cozy and its super central
The last day we were asked to leave the room already 10.30 because the next guests were supposed to arrive 12.00. We think these guests should have been waiting instead. However, Anna had sent us a message well in advance but we had turned off the mobile.

clean, convenient location. Anna was very sweet and gave us recommendations for places to go and see. also provided plenty of coffee, some pantry basics, and fruit for snacks.
hot water during showers was limited, which to my understanding is common in Europe, but was the only time we had to accommodate for this during our trip. just fyi for the next group!

The lady was very kind. She prepared special tips for us to visit. Also, she showed us all the things in the kitchen. She tidied up the room every day for us. Besides, she also prepared some nice cakes and fruits for us. Very hospitable.

B&B was spotless - could not have been cleaner. Amenities were amazing; Anna, the owner, was so helpful and kind; very centrally located just steps from Campo de’ Fiori. This will always be my first choice for staying in Rome. Thank you so much!

Anna is such a nice host and waited for us in the flat when we came from the airport. We have been there for the second time and really enjoyed our stay. Anna bought some food for us and took care. The location of this flat is perfect. It takes you 10 minutes to lovely trastevere and about 5 minutes to Tiber River (where I usually go running). One should not forget Campo de Fiori which is a lively spot with some rather touristic bars and restaurants, but in the eveing a nice place to start with an aperitvo.
I can't find anything negative. As I said I would recommend to stay there once in Rome.

We had a brilliant stay at B&B in Piazza. Anna was extremely attentive and helpful from initial contact before arrival to departure. This is an excellent location..central and within easy walking distance of all areas of Rome. The apartment is very comfortable and more than enough for a short or long stay. I definitely wouldn't look elsewhere if I were to return.
