THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: No parking available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved how close it was to everything. You don't need a rental car but bikes and golf carts are available to rent. We walked everywhere and loved it.

It’s a great location. The island is only a few miles in each direction so most things are well within walking distance. Close to Duval St where everything is happening- shopping, dining, night life. However, the suite smells musty, the bed is uncomfortable and sits on a piece of plywood. Can’t get into bed or turn without it sounding like it’s going to break. The shower is very small- I’m 5’6” and had to stand against the wall in order to be able to wash my armpit! Lol. Bathroom door doesn’t open all the way because it hits the shower. I didn’t use the kitchen but it is pretty good. None of these issues might be a deal breaker for you, but it’s good to know.

The place was cute, clean, accommodating and the local was perfect to walk. Our only complaint was the bed every time one of us moved the darn thing made noise and woke the other up. If they changed the bed this place is a perfect and affordable place to stay.

Came here to see family & needed a spot that wasn't too expensive, & this place worked perfectly. Notes below.
-Felt like a good place for a solo person or couple.
-Comfortable bed, A/C worked very well.
-Very quiet area.
-Really didn't cook on this trip, but the kitchen was set up nicely if I wanted to.
-Shower was a bit small but usable.
-Wi-Fi was horrible, IF/WHEN it even worked. Luckily I could use my phone as a hotspot. This was an irritant, but not a deal breaker.
-Vacasa was very good about sending out emails/texts. I didn't need to contact them for anything.

This was the perfect option for a few days stay in Key West with my husband. The location was centrally located and it had everything we needed. The team at Vacasa was very communicative and their customer service was top notch. We will definitely be using them for our next trip.

This cottage was in a great location close to Duvall st yet in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood. It was exactly as described. Having our own porch to unwind at was a nice bonus! We would definitely rent here again

This cute little spot is in a perfect location of Key West. You're close enough to the action of Duvall but also far enough away that it's quiet as well. The residence met our needs with all of the basic necessities available plus it's off the street as well so you don't hear traffic going by.

The location is great, room is big for a "studio". Big kitchen, full size fridge, stove and small table/bar with stools for sitting. We walked everywhere because it's 2 blocks from Duval, but not noisy at all. Room is dated, and had some areas of TLC needed but that's old key west charm...if you're looking for the Ritz experience this isn't it. The bed was very firm and the bathroom was small. I enjoyed my stay very much and would book again.

There is no onsite manager or contact person. I do not recommend this property for single woman. It was clean and appointed fine. But, the leasing agent wasn't in control of all of the rentals. So even an issue was brought up the answer was well call the police. The unit next to the one I had tenants with serious issues of drugs and the woman didn't want what ever the guy wanted in the sex department.
The worst thing was the property is fenced. The tenant in Unit 1 simply opened their door and their dog un leashed and suppervised would run around. I have a scotty. This dog ran right up and tried to attack my 10 year old Scotty. The male owner did grab his dog. I told him directly that my dog has been ill and I have spent a lot of money at the Vet on White street. Get and keep control of your dog. I left the property that day and went to a hotel. I still had one more vet appointment on the Monday by way this was Christmas day. It was a Merry one, not. So if there isn't onsite management of multiple units, I do not recommend. I have rented several over time and this was a waiste of money and my dog was almost killed.

Property location great property itself very small, but clean. Some minor maintenance issues that took a long time to fix
Woman we dealt with at Vacasa office, didn’t seem to care about our request to check in early. She was polite but aloof and almost seemed annoyed that we wanted to check in earlier than 4pm

Very convenient to a lot of attractions. We were able to park our car nearby on the street for free and never used it during our stay. We walked or rode the trolley. Loved the setting of our rental, very peaceful despite being close to everything. It was very clean and perfect for the two of us. Loved sitting on the little patio in the mornings and evenings. Would definitely book again.

The location was great. Everything within walking distance. Bathroom is very small so I wouldn’t recommend if you are staying more than a few days. Bed was uncomfortable and every time you move it makes loud noises. It’s a wicker frame. Other than that is was a nice place

The location is decent, the room was accurate as far as size and was pretty basic, as I expected. I thought there would be a little outdoor seating and there was but very close to air conditioner units and the back of another unit. the bath had very good water pressure and shower head and hot water ( I've had worse in other larger places we've stayed ) . Coffee maker didn't work properly but was given a brand new one quickly ( not sure why they didn't take the old one ) kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies and full size stove and refrigerator . had to ask for new towels and bedding, old towels were not picked up for days, (I left outside door) the mirror in bathroom needs to be re-attached properly before it falls off the wall. All in all you get what you pay for and this year prices are through the roof, Keep in mind the Truman suite is NOT the Truman annex!

Vacasa was great to deal with, great communication, home looked exactly as the pictures show. It’s in a great location close to all of the action. The home is small but I feel like they do a great job in showing you that in the pictures and representing it appropriately. Highly recommend for a place to stay.

This rental was walking distance from SO MUCH and still far enough from Duval Street that there was peace and quiet! The property was clean and just big enough to be comfortable without taking anything away.

Very clean cottage only problem was the TV. We were there for a wedding and had a great time would stay again. Only had one channel and that was TNT which shut off at 1am. Could not change the channel because there was no cable box in the room.

The room was comfortable, and the location was great! The A/C and fan kept the room temperature very cool during the hot and humid summer weather. The bed was clean, 4 pillows, clean white sheets with a thin blanket, no extra blankets however which was fine as they were not needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking a light meal, but there was no salt/pepper available. It is a standard coffee maker, and two pods of regular coffee were provided. No sugar or cream. The bathroom is small, but gets the job done and they provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath and beach towels as well as a hairdryer. The location is perfect, just a few steps to Duvall Street, and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighbors in the complex were friendly, and it was quiet at night. Would stay here again!
