Gostamos muito. Voltaríamos.

Ótima localização e uma boa calefação. E o proprietário permitiu que entrássemos mais cedo para deixarmos as malas.

O chuveiro ficou gelado durante o banho e a escada é muito íngreme.

The best location, perfect for our group

The location was PERFECT! We couldn’t believe how close we were to everything. You could walk to anywhere, or if you didn’t fancy walking there were always taxis at the bottom of the street as it’s right by one of the main squares.

The shower ran boiling hot then freezing cold

Excellent location with great shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep!

Centrally located. we only spent 2 nights but would work perfectly for a longer stay as fully equipped. Check in and out was easy peasy. Walter was easy to work with.

The many stairs. OK for fit folks, and not sure if the flights were mentioned in the description, but not suitable for elderly or infirm. on a busy street and the garbage pick up trucks were noisy. also, construction across the street started very early in the morning.

Very good

The location was superb just in the middle of everything. The host met me to hand the keys in and explained a few things and we also were in contact via wassap. They organised transfer from airport to apartment and we would definetly repeat the experience

We were a large group with 7 and there was only one bathroom we though there were 2 but we might not have checked this in advance

I am dissatisfied

We didn't like many things. First of all, the irresponsibility of the service staff. We had handover at 15:00 and the apartment was not physically ready until 18:00. Then we asked Daniel, who met us, that due to the delay, we would have to leave the apartment at 12:00 instead of 11, which he agreed to. Unfortunately, they did not keep their word. At 11 o'clock the cleaner came. The person in charge who was working that day was not informed about this by Daniel. In addition, the following tourists arrived. 5 people. . Literally, when we were getting ready. In short, it was a terrible situation. It is also a very noisy place. It is impossible to sleep and rest all night. Also, the house does not have an elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs is a nightmare. Unfortunately, they refused to help us. On the day of arrival, Daniel helped only 2 girls . The description also states that the apartment has 2 bathrooms. The apartment actually has two toilets and one bathroom

Beautiful, big and clean rooftop apartment in an amazing location!

The location was perfect, and it was clean. Good temperature, great host, great value for the price. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great central location but needs better sound proofing!

Great location with restaurants & shops close by. Close to metro & bus stops. 3 bedrooms but overall the apartment was quite small. Photographer who took photos of the apartment had great skill to make the apartment appear bigger than it is.

On a busy street so quite noisy at night. Up 4 flights of stairs with no lift. People in apartment above were very noisy & partied until 5.30am. We did get in touch with apartment agent who had a word with tenants & noise ok the 2nd night.

Brilliant :)

Brill location, comfy beds, very clean, friendly host.

Only bad thing was the rubbish downstairs had a bad smell when we entered the apartment block.

Mediocre stay, location is everything!

Number 1 plus is the location. Neer Restauradores, which is also very easy to get to by car (driving into lisbon is a pleasure! Compared to other big cities). The contact person/host gave a lot of good advice, and was easy to communicate with via whatsapp.

Overall feeling of the apartment was not like on the pictures. On the pictures it seems really modern but it felt a bit outlived. We were on the 5th floor, which means a looooooooot of stairs. No problem for us (group of young people), but still a LOT of stairs - no elevator. Don't forget something upstairs if you leave, because you won't want to do the climb again to get it ;). There was a kind of air stream through the apartment which caused the doors to constantly slightly slam during the night. We had to put shoes against it so the doors would not make noise. 2 small terraces which is nice, but you couldn't sit on them or have a drink. The terrace near the kitchen is like a small booth, without being able to really look outside. But for the price, the price-quality ratio is rather ok!
