Spacious, beautiful apartment for a family of four. Comfortable furniture for lounging and a big table for meals with a nice kitchen. Many windows and lots of natural light. Wifi and washer too. Close to many shops, bus stop, metro stop and centrally located to many sights like the Spanish steps, Piazza del popolo and Villa Borghese.

This place was awesome! The location was perfect, walking distance to so many places and sites. Giulio is so accommodating and friendly. Claudia is superb and made everything easy (and gave us some great suggestions for food!). Both are extremely responsive, too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% recommend to friends and family traveling to beautiful Roma!

Overall the apartment was very nice and the location is INCREDIBLE! A lot of landmarks, shopping, restaurants and gelato in close proximity. Our welcome was timely and very informative and recommended food was spot on! The unit is beautiful however the toilet seat was broken and leaked in the master suite, coffee pot did not work and the living room couch was very uncomfortable. I’m sure these items will be repaired, and we all recommend this unit.

He was extremely responsive to our inquiries prior to arrival which really helped. For European standards, this is a large apartment. Be aware that there is no elevator (which is not unusual for older buildings in Europe) so be prepared for 4 flights of stairs...a great way to burn off the carbs from all the great pasta you'll find everywhere! The house was very clean and well maintained! Plenty of room to relax. There is a washing machine, but I did not realize when I booked that there is not a dryer. Something to keep in mind. The apartment is in a perfect location - easy to walk most anywhere in Rome! (We accidentally left our mobile phone in a rush to catch a taxi. Massimo got it back to us - he was awesome!!)

Everything was perfect. The location is in the heart of the city. Large rooms, clean and exceptional value. The host is like a friend. Organized and with lots of details. Lists of restaurants, sight seeing, transportation options. They cover everything. Even provided a car service to and from the airport. We relaxed and felt at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment. ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL VACATION APARTMENT. We will stay again and tell our friends about this great experience

Was exactly what we hoped. A block away from the Spanish Steps. Walked to The Colloseum and the Vatican.

Pros- great location and convenient to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and upscale shopping. About a 30 minute walk to Vatican City and Coliseum. Host was also gracious in allowing us to drop off bags before standard check-in. Cons- shower in main bath leaks and A/C in den was not working but those are both fixable.

Great location for shopping, and a short walk to Spanish Steps (which has a Metro stop). I would guess around a 15-20 minute walk to Pantheon, which is right in the middle of old Rome. Great value and plenty of room for everyone! 2 bedrooms and 2 pull out sleeper couches, which were very comfortable. Master bedroom with attached bathroom is really nice! Only negatives was the 2nd bathroom shower fixtures were a little busted, and I am guessing it is a sit down bath/shower type setup. Seemed to leak water all over the floor, but that may have just been folks standing up. Also, be prepared to walk up/down four flights of stairs, just have to remember to save a little energy for that walk up at the end of the day! (-8 Walls are a little scuffed from rental wear, needs a little TLC (painting touch up/minor fixes) in the off season.

The rental was just as pictured. The furniture was a bit worn but the space made up for it. Daniel was informative and responded quickly when we had an issue with the shower drain. We chose to use the offered car service from the airport since we had been traveling for 19 hours. Everything went smoothly and Daniel was waiting for us at the rental.

Although the apartment was large and in a good location, there was a great disparity between the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. This was not obvious from the photos on the VRBO website. The nightstand in the small bedroom was a plastic child's chair that had a small lamp on it. Since we were 2 adult couples traveling together, this made for a very uncomfortable situation. Also, the bathroom associated with the second bedroom did not have a shower (only a tub). The air conditioner in the living room did not work. We contacted the rental company and nothing was done to fix it. I would not recommend this if there are more than 2 adults in the group. The other sleeping accommodations were sleeper sofas, one in the main hallway (no privacy) where I had to layout my suitcase and clothing because there was no space in the small bedroom.

This apartment is probably the largest I've ever stayed at in all of Europe. I couldn't get over the space. Its been nicely renovated & maintained. The washrooms are great. Great location easily walkable to the major spots in the city but also super close to the the subway & various bus stops if you didn't want to walk. The owners/property managers were very helpful & responsive. They helped secure a crib & a high chair for my daughter, which was greatly appreciated. A couple small downsides (but overall didn't affect how we felt about the apt) - the mattress in the master bedroom isn't the greatest but the other bed in the spare bedroom is probably the best mattress I've ever slept on! The master bedroom overlooks a patio for a lovely bar/restaurant and it can be a bit noisy late in the evening (probably not a concern to ppl travelling without young children). Lastly the manual left by the owner was lacking some key information (aka how to operate some of the washing machine, garbage rules, etc). We eventually figured it all out but we've been to some other apartments where all of this information is contained in a booklet. The manual/booklet mostly just contained restaurant recommendations & such (those were super helpful as well). We would certainly book the apartment again if we travel to Rome.

Pros: really spacious for our family of 5. Remodeled. Clean. Washing machine/ dryer which was very useful. Nice host. Nice big table for meals. Cons: nothing major but just so you know: really poorly stocked kitchen. Master bed uncomfortable. Dirty sponge for doing dishes I would book again.

Apartment was big, sofa beds comfortable but the climb to the 5th floor was a challenge for my wife. Arranged with the owner for a car service from the airport to help with check-in but had to wait close to an hour. Was in constant communication with them and they got there as soon as they could which was appreciated. The delay was due to another tenant at a different property but after a long flight we were hoping for a smooth checkin. Once checked in Daniel was very informative about where everything was. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome. This flat is a 2 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, close to the metro, has easy access to bus routes, and taxis line up right on the corner. The flat was clean and well stocked. It is a 4 flight walk up, so be warned for those that have mobility issues.

The apt is located in the heart of the historic area, in a cross street of Bia del Corso, full of cafes, restaurants and shops. The flat is really quite affordable despite its central location and its size. It is very well decorated, the beds were comfy and the kitchen equipped with every comfort. On our last night in Rome the staff helped us by recommending a restaurants and called to make a reservation for us at a convenient price. We will definitely rent it again and recommend it for a vacation with family or a group of friends.

I visited this apartment with my friends in September. It has been difficult to find a convenient location for six peolìple since we do not like hotels, but this apartment turned out to be the best choice we could do. Logistics were great, we reached each monument just by walking, it was so great to stay in the center historical of Rome! The manager was helpful and friendly, he gave us a lot of recommendations on restaurants, supermarkets and so on. We could even leave our bags early and late the check-out at no additional cost. The room were clean, spacious, very comfortable. We recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to spend some happy days in Rome with friends and family.
