Overall cleanliness, spacious room, comfortable bed, big bathroom. Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants around the corner with good food and prices. Close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Estefania and the breakfast room lady. I love the communication exchange before arriving, since I needed to modify my arrival. Also, the fact that they have good recommendations for dining out and places to visit. I love the fact that one of the days they were fixing a room next to mine and the front desk staff let us know about possible noise, I appreciate the consideration. Everything went well. I recommend this hotel 100%.
The only suggestion is that the vidette in the bathroom is too close to the wall. Everything else is great.
