About this standard cabin rental

Situated in Pagosa Springs, this attractive standard cabin for $206 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This place is a gem. It's a d-log structure that was both a bookstore and coffee shop in it's past life. We have remodeled it back into a two bedroom home with a loft, sleeping a total of six. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a futon in the loft area with a full sized 10" foam mattress that very comfortably sleeps two more. Upstairs you will also find an office nook with a desk. WI-FI is on site. The kitchen features a gas range, dishwasher and all of the dishes and cookware you will need to feed your crew. We keep basic oils and spices on hand so that you don't have to buy a cart full of staples in order to cook delicious meals. There is also a gas grill available for you to use. The living room is cozy and very relaxing with a leather sectional, the most comfortable rocking chair that you will ever sit in and a roku tv. The bathroom features a shower stall and a barn wood vanity with a vessel sink.

The view from cabin to mountains was amazing. The location was great walkable to store and tourist area restaurants and the view to San Juan river was awesome. We loved everything.

We had a great time staying in the cabin in Pagosa Springs. It was easy to walk to the Hot Springs and the music festival. Everything we needed for our state was available. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in this cozy cabin in downtown Pagosa. The kitchen was well supplied; the only thing we bought for our stay was food. We were able to check in a little early; the host was friendly and welcoming. Three bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and airy. While it was not a problem for us, a consideration for some might be that the bathroom is downstairs.

This is a cozy property as advertised. It was fine for a close family as the bedrooms are in a loft. We loved the front porch and the close proximity to town and the hot springs. My husband loved the ability to take long runs with a mountain view. I would caution anyone with mobility issues that the stairs are tough. The bathroom is downstairs, so nighttime descents on the stairs are a bit of a challenge if you aren't paying attention- leave a light on. Otherwise, it was cute and cozy and we had a great time there.

Girls weekend in Pagosa and this cabin was the perfect location. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning and evening. Will definitely return!

Check in easy. Property is well maintained. Owner was communicative and easy to get along with. Great location; it’s within walking distance of the hot springs spas, river, restaurants, ice cream, and down town. Nice and cool!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was super cozy. The fact we were so close to town was a perk because we were able to walk to many of the locations. We were so thankful for the boot warmers/dryers! That came in super clutch after a day of skiing. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Thank you again!!

Really enjoyed the stay. A couple of things. If I wanted hot water for the shower, it didn't take long at all for it to heat up. The cabin also warmed up pretty quickly once thermostat was set where I wanted. Access to the main road going up to Wolf Creek was one block from where we stayed, so I had minimal worries about snow obstructing my drive or getting stuck. Access to a 24 hour gym was a half mile away and super convenient. Also, I had to speak to the VRBO rep one time and she was easy to contact and very familiar with the property. She also had detail answers to any questions I had. In summary, the property and location was everything I expected and will certainly stay there again.

My husband and I loved the cabin and would definitely stay here again. A few tips to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom downstairs, so there would be a line if more than one family stayed in the cabin and if you are elderly and have difficulty going up and down stairs, keep in mind that all of the beds are upstairs. Definitely not a problem for our stay since it was just me and my husband. Perfect location and dog friendly, can't wait to come back.

We had a great time in Pagosa. This house is easy walking distance to everything in town and a short drive to hiking trails. The house is clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews there are some steep stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom is downstairs which might not work for everyone. Very happy with our experience and would recommend.

Such a cool cabin in a great location! This was our first time to Pagosa springs and the cabin couldn’t have been better. Close to downtown, the springs, and all the hikes we did! Plenty of space, clean, and super charming. We’d love to come back soon!’

We loved this place. It was pretty centrally located. Very cozy house with three queen beds upstairs. Two of the rooms have doors and the third is a loft. The host was super cool an easily accessible. Big thumbs up!
