Eagle's Landing Lakefront is a spectacular luxury tri-level home that sits on the shores of Big Bear Lake, featuring fantastic mountain decor and breathtaking lake views throughout the entire property. Enter this lovely home on the second level, boasting a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen which has been recently upgraded and includes cooking utensils, appliances and a dishwasher, plus counter bar seating and a huge dining table for meals. The relaxing lake view living room area has high vaulted ceilings and offers comfy leather couches, a massive stone fireplace, large flat screen TV/DVD player, plus an upper balcony with outdoor seating and a Charcoal BBQ for your use. You will have a front row seat to any action on the lake be it a pirate ship or para-sailor as well as amazing sunset views over the water. Venturing downstairs you will find the fun-packed lower level game room which is complete with a Foosball and pool table, additional couch seating, TV/DVD player, and deck access to the amazing lower area of the property. The lower level deck is complete with outdoor patio furnishings and a private outdoor spa to take in this amazing lakeside location, Star gazing away from city lights and noise is a relaxing pastime at Eagle's Landing. This property is perfectly situated on Eagle Point where the level terrain creates the ideal location for a morning walk or afternoon bike ride. There is a seasonal boat dock available, however due to the California drought and lower water level, there is a long trek out to the dock, with the possibility of your feet getting wet along the way. My family and I had an amazing time at this home. It was cleaned and stocked with the essentials. The host and management company were friendly and responsive to our needs. It was clear that everyone wanted us to enjoy our stay. We loved launching our paddle boards from the dock, fishing, watching the meteor shower and eating meals with the family. Everyone loved renting a pontoon boat and getting out on the lake! Fishing licenses and paddle board registration are available nearby. Big Bear has plenty of restaurants and shopping. We were impressed by the antique car show that weekend. I would love to return to this property for another trip.

Just got home from a wonderful weekend with our kids & grandkids celebrating my 60th birthday. Hurricane Hilary didn’t stop us, this house was beautiful!!! Spacious, cozy & clean and it has everything you can think of that you may need for your visit. You truly only need to bring your clothes & some food. I loved how the cabinets in the kitchen has labels on them to easily find and put away dishes. Kitchen has everything you can think of! The upper outdoor deck has a bbq and a beautiful 10 person patio table that we enjoyed. There is a huge lower deck with spa, fire pit with seating and ping pong that my my grandsons 7 & 10 enjoyed. It was great to just let my granddaughter 2 & 3 run around on the lower deck and not be worried they’d hurt themselves. You can tell the owner Patsy takes very good care of this home. It warmed my heart this morning hearing my 7 yr old grandson Merrick say this was the best Big Bear house he has ever stayed in. (My son’s family have stayed in a few) Thank you to Patsy & her family for opening up their home to allow us to enjoy ❤️

Beautiful property and better than advertised! Owners were super accomodating and communicative. Family enjoyed the space and all the things yo do along with our boating activities. We hope to make this an annual stay.

Plenty of room and privacy for 6 of us and wonderful to see Big Bear Lake almost full. We enjoyed the new upper and lower decks and sunsets from the upper deck were memorable. Check in and communications with both the property manager and the owner were easy. Overall very satisfied with the property and experience.

We took our entire family here for my mother-in-laws 70th birthday. The house was perfect. Lots of space, comfortable beds, fully stocked, and wow that view! Management was amazing as Patsy responded immediately to all my questions. Check-in was flawless. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

When we booked Patsy's cozy lakeside cabin, we didn't know the biggest storm in decades was on the way. Our group of three families including 5 kids found this home spacious, entertaining, comfortable and accommodating. I was right at home in the kitchen with everything I could need to whip up a batch of cinnamon rolls from scratch, slow cook pulled pork and assemble lasagna. With blizzardy conditions for most of our stay, we were delighted that that driveway made for a great sledding spot and the surrounding property provided plenty of exploration for the kids. Bonus points for the property manager who arrived as soon as we did to plow the driveway and shovel snow off the walkway and stairs! I can't wait to come back for a summertime trip! Thanks for the memories!

The front outside is a little deceiving as it appears to be a cookie cutter home….but once inside it’s truly a clean, lovely, large home with every amenity one could possibly need. The view of the lake is spectacular and sunsets are gorgeous. There was enough room for 3 families and space for everyone to sleep…the beds are very comfortable and after a fun day it’s a great nights sleep. We will definitely be coming back.

Great place for Families to get together. The dock is a little long walk, but we were knew that ahead of time. Multiple levels of home makes it good for kids playing downstairs and adults up stairs. Love visiting Big Bear, will definitely stay again! :)

Patsy is an amazing host for this beautiful Lake Front House which is reasonably priced. We especially enjoyed the multiple King size beds as most places only have the primary room with the King size bed. Lots of activities to do at the house, and lots of kitchenware.

Wonderful long weekend for three families (6 adults and 4 kids). Plenty of bathrooms, space and things to do. Location is great, with a short walk to the shore. Owner provides plenty of towels, and a cute welcome basket for you. The views are incredible! We will be back for sure.

We were very pleased with the house, service, location, provided items and amenities. We didn’t have to worry about bringing anything else besides ourselves and clothes. There were 8 of us and every single person really enjoyed the trip and felt the house was perfect. PatsyAnn was great and very helpful. This was the second time we have stayed at this property, and it was as good as the first time with even a few upgrades. Property was clean when we got in, and we even noticed that the flooring in the main living area had been changed from carpet to hard flooring, which was a nice touch. As with the last time we stayed, there was a welcome basket with a bottle of wine, and various snacks that we enjoyed. The cabin is nice and big, and was able to accommodate our party of 8 adults with 3 kids perfectly. We will look to stay at this cabin for our yearly trips to Big Bear for many years to come.

This place is beyond amazing! I can’t say enough good things but what stands out the most is the location. You are literally on the lake with the convenience of the slopes being a 3 min drive away! It’s beautiful, cozy and convenient all wrapped together. Not going to lie I almost don’t want to write a good review cause I dont want anyone else to find out about this place lol but it was 5 star!!!!

We enjoyed the trip, the house was nice and clean right on the lake. Patsy was fantastic and communicated great. We brought our boat and we’re able to dock it right in front of the house. The water levels are a bit low but we were still able to dock our boat and enjoy the lake. My only issue would be that in the summer the house gets pretty warm in the afternoon with no AC but it cools down pretty quickly in the evening. Great place, we would stay here again!
