My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend stay.The house was clean, comfortable and cozy.It was a much needed relaxing trip.Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!

The kitchen has items stacked on microwave and top of fridge so those areas were dirty, kitchen window sill also is cluttered with nicknacks and dirty. Counter top and top of stove were clean however the front of stove was pretty dirty as if food had been fried for some time and not cleaned, I cleaned off the front of the stove since it was gross, I could only find glass cleaner to use. The entire house should be thoroughly cleaned, dead flies in the windows, fireplace screen does not close properly and the grate that holds the wood is to big for the space. The bed is very uncomfortable! We actually left a day early instead of sleeping in the bed another night. The television in front room is old and doesn’t have the best picture. We had to be out of our house for a few days to have our air conditioner repaired and our plans to be in Oregon the week before were canceled because of the fires. I thought this house would fit our needs since everything was on one level, the way the photos are taken you cannot see the two steps that separate the front room and kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. I need knee replacement surgery, therefore I needed a level floor plan, on the plus side, nice deck with swing and table and chairs. The house is also on a level street so you can enjoy a nice walk. Since we have come home to Palm Desert I have looked online and have found many homes that would fit our needs, some having hundreds of great reviews some even have a lower price, this house didn’t have any reviews! I learned that lesson. This home could be nice if the owner would declutter and CLEAN. Also the pilot light was off on the heater, the instructions stated to never turn off, I called the management office and they came out within a couple hours to turn it on, good response time.
