This is a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a great furnished kitchen a short walk from the snowflake lift, and a short walk to town. The steam shower is great, there is a large dining table and a gas grill on the balcony. You really can't go wrong with this place.

The property was great, but we booked this property based on advertisement of having a pool. The pool was closed. The pool was empty so does not look like it will be open anytime soon. This was very disappointing for the kids. We would not have booked this property if we knew the pool was closed.

Clean, comfortable, and easily walkable to downtown. Will stay here again

Steam shower is a huge plus. Great place.

The place is comfortable and spacious. We have 3 teens and the room with two beds and a daybed was perfect for them. We loved the location with a quick easy walk to downtown and very close to the gondola. However, the view off the porch is of the busy roundabout - which was fine for our weekend but if you are looking for a quiet Mountain View you might want a different unit. Also, the pool is a bit of a walk with limited hours. Other than that - great place for a weekend away. Oh and the steam shower is definitely amazing.

Stayed here to right in independence day this year and loved it. Weve stayed in the top floor condo on the other side of this building so we knew what we were getting. Enjoyed the location to walk right down the the river walk center which was great with you kids. Also, great spot for Kenosha, Otto's, Crepes, etc.. Clean property, coffee maker was broken when we arrived and they delivered a new one the next day. Would stay again.

The location in Breckenridge is excellent, but there is a very busy and noisy round-a-bout just outside the deck. The apartment is spacious and functional. It is on the top (3rd) floor, with a lot of stairs to carry luggage and anything else.

This was very easy to check in and check out. Everything was clean and just as advertised. Lots of space for our family of 4. Top floor meant taking some steps but no noise from people above you. Great location and easy walk to everything in town, including bike path. Hot tub was nice as well. Would happily stay again!

Loved the view of the Christmas lights in the park. The stream shower was a great bonus. Short walk to chair lift and you can almost ski out via lower 4oclock run. Condo was comfy and the master bed mattress was one of the best rental mattresses I have stayed on.

Wonderful property the only downfall is no elevator so quite the haul bringing bags Ana children up 3 flight of stairs. Perfect location to breck and walking distance to Main Street and shopping. Would be perfect for ski season!

Loved the location, easy walk into town. Wasn't a big problem for us, but we were on the 3rd floor and quite the trip with luggage and groceries. Someone with even slight mobility issues could not stay here FYI.

We spent a lot of time in the condo/resort die to some variable weather. We were planning to spend quite a bit of time outside, but it was pretty cold out in Mid October. We did manage to beat the cold for a few days and hiked Maroon Bells/Crater Lake and Gray's peak. It was pretty dead in town this time of year which was kind of nice bc places were still open but foot traffic wasn't bad. Not much selection for games at the place but the did have Monopoly (played 6 times) as well as scrabble and maybe 1 other. Kitchen had the items we needed, but had trouble with the kuerig (operator error?). Hot tub was fired up even though there were very few people staying this time of year. Overall a great place. Only wish was for more games since we were inside a lot.

Fabulous location! Walk to Main Street was one block! Condo was spacious. Perfect for our family of six!

The location was great, right across from Blue River Plaza. The balcony faced S. Park Ave which was better than the parking lot. I slept terribly, the king size mattress was so hard and the sheets were stiff. I don't like that there is carpet in front of the bathroom sinks. It was clean but felt outdated about 30 years, which isn't the end of the world. It would be worth the investment to get a better king size mattress so the guests can get a good nights sleep on vacation.

This property is one block from the center of town, which made it extremely convenient for exploring the shops and restaurants of Breckenridge without worrying about driving or parking. Plenty spacious and well appointed inside for our family of 4. We visited during a hot week in June and the place was cool enough at night with the windows open (no A/C), but we did need to use fans to drown out the sounds of routine city traffic and some hearby partiers.

Perfect location, lots of room
Very clean, lots of space for our family of 5. Loved that my 3 kids could all sleep in one room and get their own bed. Loved that we could walk across to the downtown area. Had trouble with the code working at check in, but the issue was resolved quickly enough.

1) This place was incredibly easy to find, and the check-in was seamless. We were missing a parking pass when we arrived, so I called the property managers and they brought an extra one over within MINUTES. 2) The two parking spaces were also so great -- Felt nice not having to worry about paid parking or any nonsense like that. 3) The location was A+++. 10 minute walk to Main Street, just a few minute walk to the bus stop, and the best part is that 4 O'clock run ends right at this condo. Our last run of the day, we skied down 4 O'clock run, right down to the bottom of the street and then walked the 2 minutes back to the condo. 10/10 recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
