There were 11 of us and the apartment had plenty of beds and baths.
There really wasn’t a living room. The dining room was the only room where most of us could sit together to chat.

Large apartment that was in a good location and great for our party of 12
Some of the beds were a bit on the hard side and one of the bedrooms didn’t have an en-suite although there was a separate toilet and shower in the hall so you have to pick straws as to who gets that bedroom! There was also no lounge area.

It's a very spacious apartment for a large family
Its booked back to back, you meet the people booked in before you and the people after you

Big apartment, excellent location, very clean, air con is good, kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine.
Out of 6 bedrooms, 4 have ensuite and with two extra shower rooms and toilets. High ceilings and an old fashion lift .
Showers are not great and dated, beddings and towels are cheap and not so comfortable. dining table is a bifold wooden door, the hinge is there.

Fabulous location and within walking distance of many of the main attractions in Rome. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
A dishwasher would've been handy! and some of the shower cubicles were in need of a decent scrub!

The location was great and the property was very clean. Towels were provided and the beds were very comfortable. Gianmarco provides us with lots of information about restaurants etc and was very, very helpful when I had a few booking issues. Very impressive.
The only minus was the fact that the street outside was quite noisy until quite late at night. This wasn’t a problem after the first night as we quickly got used to it.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful
Location is very good
Rooms are clean and nice and decorated with style
Internet is good
The host provides you with tips on locations to go and discount for breakfast in the cafeteria right at the building
Shared spaces (kitchen and wc/shower) could have been better
