About this house rental
Nestled in Seal Rocks, this charming house for $424 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Seal Rocks is a raw and ruggedly beautiful place on the NSW North Coast. Lot 3 is a beach house designed and built by Castlepeake to fit in with this rugged beauty. It is constructed of materials with a raw feel including rammed earth, polished concrete, plywood, steel and glass. It offers simple, and comfortable, modern accommodation in two separate pavilions which open to a private, grassed courtyard, with the National Park beyond. Lot 3 sleeps up to 6 adults or 10 people (if 2 families) in three bedrooms. Two contain queen beds and the third is a large bunk room with 6 custom made bunks. One queen bedroom is within its own pavilion with an adjacent bathroom. The main pavilion contains a large open plan living / dining / kitchen area with central fireplace along with the other two bedrooms. There is also a compact laundry and a second bathroom (with freestanding bath). GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN LINEN (other than tea towels, doonas & covers & additional blankets) however linen can be supplied at an additional cost. The house is located a few minutes walk to Beach No.1 and Boat Beach. It is in close proximity to Myall Lake and well-known local surf spots Treachery, Lighthouse and Yagon beaches. Seal Rocks is also known for its fishing, diving and snorkeling and offers beautiful bush walks including one to Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse.

The 5 of us absolutely loved our stay at this unique and well equipped property in Seal Rocks. Besides the location, we especially appreciated the large entertainment area including a well equipped kitchen. The high ceilings, natural light and large views out to the surrounding natural environment were precious.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lot 3 sealrocks!
The bunks were all comfy and very spacious! The perfect house for a group booking! I had a group of girls stay and we all had the best time,
The property is very well thought out and perfect for entertaining! The fire place is just beautiful!
The backyard and area is large and spacious perfect for sunbaking and arvo bbqs!
Pip was extremely efficient in answering any of my questions & her communication was always quick! She helped with any request we had! I wish I could come every year 10/10!

The bunk room in this house is amazing. 4 16 year old girls loved being able to hang out together in this room. The rest of the house was so easy to relax in. The fire was easy to light and we were all cosy and warm. We walked, swam, played games, listened to music, watched a movie and entertained in the open spaces. We all loved our weekend away.

Lot 3 is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
The house is set up to allow you to enjoy the space & surrounds with very little effort.
Pip the host is super easy to communicate with and nothing was a bother.

Perfect house for two families, very well thought out holiday home! We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. Pip was very helpful with any questions we had. Seal rocks is a beautiful place. The kids didn’t want to leave!

What a lovely family holiday at Seal Rocks. Beautiful beaches and 4 wheel driving - surf, sun and fun. Lot 3 Thomas Rd was a great place to stay with it's open plan and rammed earth construction. Cleaning and maintenance could have been better for the money. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at your house. The location and description of the property was exactly as described. It was a close walk to the two beaches however the property was quiet and secluded and felt like a true escape from the grind.
The house as minimal and we needed to take all supplies, but we knew this and we were prepared. The property was close to bush land so there were numerous ants and bugs around, including in the kitchen and bathroom. It was not an issue for us and there was spray available.
Overall we had a very lovely stay and the house was comfortable to stay in.

The Property was great! Great to look at and very comfortable.
The beaches at seal rocks are some of the best I've been to in Australia, Aqua water, safe and not overcrowded! Gorgeous walk up to the light house.
We arrived and did not have any reception so had use the wifi at the caravan park to access my email to get the code to get into the house. if you are going to stay at this place don't forget save this info before you arrive.
Wish we could have stayed longer.

The photos don't do justice to this place. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here in Seals Rocks, perfect balance of proximity to the beaches and a perfect retreat for privacy that still feels connected to nature. A true example of architecture and planning doing it's job perfectly.

Perfect location, enjoyed the open plan with plenty of sunlight, loved having a fire and just a short stroll to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked - a great space for coming together + relaxing! Will be back!

Seal Rocks is a great location to get away from it all. It's a nice quiet remote town surrounded by beautiful beaches. This house is just a few minutes walk to neaeby beach and is set with bushscape behind so feels very tranquil. Bring your own food and wine to last you throughout your stay otherwise you'll have to take a bit of a trip to nearest supermarket.

The house suited our needs perfectly and was a great neutral space for us to properly connect.
The plan allowed hours to be spent talking by the fire, and also enjoying the generous amount of natural light that filters into the home during the day. The beds were comfortable and cosy and all amenities were lovely.
The outdoor pavilion was particularly special with floor-to-ceiling windows framing a beautiful banksia tree.
The perfect house if you are looking to unwind properly and connect with nature. Very much appreciated sitting within the environment rather than on top of it.

The property was great and only a short walk up the hill to the local general store and Boat Beach. Spacious yet warm this place has been set out to cater for all, including Board Games and books. The kitchen and accessories were excellent, it even has a slow cooker! The BBQ area was a great spot to sit and relax and soak up the sun and the bi-fold doors really opened the place up to embrace all the elements Seal Rocks has to offer. Pip (the host) was great with communicating the details and ensuring check in was a breeze. Probably my best experience through Stayz.

This property was stunning and location was great. There was however a few minor downfalls, wifi did not work at all even though we were told there was wifi available, there was a mouse that apparently visits the house and as we were unaware of this, on our first night there was a mouse in one of the bedrooms. We then found out the next day by opening a cupboard with a hidden sign saying there could be potential mice around as they live in surrounding areas. Keep in mind, we were not informed this prior to staying. Would of been nice to be told that there could be nice staying with us. There was two rolls of toilet paper for a house of 9 people for 2 nights, there was not enough water for everyone to shower on the first night as well. We also found dead cockroaches and rubbish under the single beds. Despite the house being stunning, it was pretty disappointing especially for the price that we paid.

A beautiful house to stay in, we all had a wonderful time. Set up super nicely, an amazing kitchen made cooking meals at home easy and enjoyable (a must due to the isolation of seal rocks). Back yard was delightful and the main living areas were great for movie nights, long chats and whole family poker nights. Make sure you bring the bug spray as there are quite a few critters about, but that is a trade off to be expected when you’re in such a beautiful natural environment. Only complaints would be hot water was absent in the main house (worked fine in the second building). Definitely enjoyed it and would 100% recommend!!!

Well designed home with connection to nature, made for switching off and relaxing but also a lot to do nearby. Short walk to two beautiful beaches. Short drive to the lighthouse, with lovely walk through the national park. We loved the fireplace in the centre of the living area, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. Internet and mobile phone access is very patchy, but I would highly recommend for a family break to rest and recharge.
