Nestled in Inverloch, this charming house for $186 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME Welcome to 'Cha Cha'. A family friendly And PET Friendly holiday home 300m to the Inlet Beach and an easy 1km walk to the town centre. A cosy and comfortable holiday home with everything you will need to make your break in Inverloch as comfortable as possible. Extras you will find: FREE WiFi, an APPLE TV With FREE NETFLIX, LCD TV with Amp and bluetooth, DVD player and movies, BBQ, stereo, table tennis table, board games and books, dog bowls and for those who enjoy a nice coffee, a Espresso Coffee Machine (Aldi) We can't forget to mention the addition of a massive deck, and French doors opening out onto it, to enjoy those summer bbq's, plus a reverse cycle airconditioner inverter, to keep you cool during summer and warmer through those cooler months! There is a fully enclosed backyard, to keep the kids of the human and furry varieties safe. Plenty of off street parking with a large single garage and high carport if you're into boating. Bedding (Pillows, doonas and covers) is included and if there is a baby in the family a cot (2) is also available, though you would need to supply own linen and bedding for this. 3 bedrooms consisting of- Bed 1: 1 Queen Bed 2: 1 Bunk, 1 single bed with trundle and 1 spare mattress. Bed 3: 1 Double There is one bathroom, with a separate shower and bath, and a separate toilet. Linen (sheets and towels) can be supplied on REQUEST ONLY at an extra cost of $20.00 PER PERSON. However, due to laundering difficulties, linen is unavailable over the peak periods. Please ask if you are unsure. Don't forget to bring the bikes. At the top end of Cuttriss Street, there is a BMX track all the kids will love, at the other end of Cuttriss, is a path which takes you into town and around towards the surf beach. We also have a range of adult and children's bicycles hanging in the garage that you are free to use, so if you can't fit yours in, just bring your helmet. (Ride at your own risk, we take no responsibility for injury) *IF YOU ARE AFTER PARTICULAR DAYS, BUT IT IS SHOWN ON THE CALENDAR AS BOOKED, PLEASE SEND AN ENQUIRY ANYWAY, AS THE BOOKING MAY BE AN ENQUIRY FOR ANOTHER GUEST, WHO MAY NOT GO AHEAD WITH THE BOOKING. ALSO IF THE TIME YOU ARE AFTER REQUIRES A MINIMUM STAY BUT YOU WOULD LIKE TO STAY LESS, THAN THE MINIMUM, PLEASE ASK.

Evie 🐶loved her first holiday and the gated laundry was really helpful. She loved the backyard and being able to watch from the front balcony. It was an easy stress free holiday with dogs and kids, close to lots of dog friendly activites. Thanks again! We will be back

Location great. We had to supply our own linen wouldn't pick a property again that didn't supply own.
Backyard had very long grass, and overgrown not good with dogs. BBQ on back veranda very dirty.

Checkin was easy, place was awesome for what we needed. Easy to contact if needed and we had no issues the whole time. Place was clean and tidy, comfy beds. Information book was full of all the information you could possibly need. Thanks so much the human family & furry family loved our stay.

The Property needs a lot of attention . the key code Stayz gave us was different to the one the owner,s gave us , the back stairs were rotting and overgrown and the doors did not lock properly. The notification of the no towels and linen policy came late as we were already travelling ,and there was doggie doos in the long grass at the back left by previous tenants. Not good!

Cha Cha is very comfortable & you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Loved the barbecue setup. Close to beach. Our dog was safe as backyard totally fenced. Will be back.

Our stay at Cha Cha was fantastic. The house had everything you needed. It is situated in the best position close to beach and township. We are definitely going back in January for a 10 night stay. Shae and Peter always answered your emails and gave a detailed response to your inquiry.

We had a great stay at Cha Cha's. Everything we needed was there right down to a bread knife, which is a first in 30 +years of travelling! Dogs were happy, adult children happy. What more could you ask for? Thanks Shae.

Our family of 3 as well as 2 small dogs had a wonderful stay at Cha Cha. It’s compact and cozy and has a really loved feel - perfect for quality family time.
Ammenities are perfect, beds extremely comfortable and the back yard perfect for our dogs.
We enjoyed the bbq on the patio and the location is superb. Walking distance to the dog friendly safe beach. We would recommend Cha Cha

The place was clean and perfect for our stay, we took our pet and it was safe for us to leave him outside, close to town and beach, the owners were fantastic and I always got a prompt response

The house was old but very clean and obviously very loved. The main attraction was the dog friendly rating and we were not disappointed. The property was very secure for dogs (and I have a Harry Houdini Dog!). The dog friendly beach was at the end of the street and we got coffee at the end of the street then walked the dogs on the beach. Both local pubs had great food. Also the "winery" does a great food platter and tasting - Sublime!!

We had an incorrect password. As we had no communication available we forced the key lock open. The green book gave us access to the owner and we were given the correct pin. Overall the place was good however the couches are very uncomfortable. The floors needed better vacuuming which is a bit rich considering we paid for cleaning in the rent.

It was very clean and increbily well set up for either a dog holiday (we have a 3 yr old labrador) or a family stay with a very secure yard & kennel & child-proof gate/partitioning, a generous and thoughtful provision of toiletries, and lots of thoughtful entertainment/beach-going/keep-them-active acessories. We did not use the later or the brand new BBQ but appreciated their availability. We walked to the beach (10 mins) and enjoyed the endless treks allowed by the changing tides. This was our 1st time staying in this part of Victoria and we will be back to continue exploring the rail trail & the Kilcunda beach walk & the lost-in-time Venus Bay and more. We found a wonderful bakery in inverloch and a must-do lunch spot in Koonwarra. We cooked most nights utilising local produce & wines, and the house's very good range of cooking equipment & utensils. Was there a downside? Yes, 4 nights was not enough!

Great location for a short getaway
We spent 4 days here over Easter with our children and our dog who all had a great time. The house was within walking distance of everything we needed and we will try and come back again.
