An adequate hotel but nothing outstanding.

The hotel was well positioned for our purposes.

The food choices for breakfast were limited with not many healthy choices.

Convenient, clean, friendly, and good service from the front desk to the cleaning staff.

Location was just across from the Shoe Museum and down the street from Royal Ontario Museum and the Ceramics Museum. There was a subway stop in half a block making it easy to get around the city by mass transit. The hotel provided coffee, chilled fruit flavored water, and wine in the lobby. We went to a food market and bought a bunch of cheeses to try, and needed a picnic blanket. The hotel loaned us one! Very nice staff!

The bar was not great. It was noisy and the bartender ignored us. We decided to meet in the lobby instead.

Nice room

Super noisy! We spend the Saturday-Sunday and Sunday -monday nights at the segond floor of the hôtel. The view was shad but that ok for a City hotel. We was wake up at 6 am the both day by the delivery truck and trash truck both day but really very noisy on the Monday... Impossible to sleep because it lasted a long time and it was really very noisy. The shower has very little water (pressure). Not pleasant.

Great funky spot in the edge of Yorkville

Great design and decor - wonderful service. Location was perfect for proximity to our kids apartment. The welcome drink was a great touch! I was kindly upgraded to a higher floor and the view was pretty! Bed and sheets were heavenly and the room was very quiet also.

I will never stay there again and will recommend against staying there to others looking for a hotel

Did not use for breakfast. Breakfast area depressingly dark and food prices way too high.

Price was way too high for overall quality of facility and service received (I had no choice of hotels for reasons unrelated to this review). The only pleasant and helpful staff member was the doorman. Shower head was anemic and bathroom provided insufficient counter space given the room price. Exit stairway doors from the garage were locked which, I suspect, is dangerous if not illegal.

A sincere, honest, open, positive and happy atmosphere

Love the friendly and positive attitude from all the stuff including the cleaning lady (Japanese) The restaurant staff are fantastic. No complaints what so ever. Which I could have stayed longer than 5 days.

Lovely hotel but some staff rude and issues with parking

Spacious rooms, clean, good location, pet friendly

Were told parking on site when we got there only valet at $45 per day. One man kindly refunded this for us. However, when the car was returned, petrol had been used and mileage up as well as passenger seat moved. Told it was being looked into but never given a final verdict. Also concerning valet not employed by hotel and a third party. We also requested extra cat litter brought up and got a passive aggressive note stating they expect us to clear up after our own cats. This is fine and what we were expecting to do, but could not do without the litter, hence the request for extra litter

Highly recommended!

Everything was great - location, cleanliness, the design and atmosphere, staff is kind and friendly, the restaurant in the hotel offers good food, good service and cozy atmosphere.

Exceptional

The location is amazing and we really liked the hotel decor. Everything was comfortable and very clean.

Breakfast was limited and, while on booking.com it specified that breakfast was included with the room rate, when we arrived we were told that breakfast was only included for 2 of the 4 of us.

Great Stay!

- I enjoyed that the location was central enough to be a 20 min cab from downtown and Yorkdale mall equally. - The gym was small but had plenty of equipment and the 3x I went there was no more than 1 other person. - The restaurant/bar in the lobby was great! Good food options for breakfast/lunch/dinner. In the evenings there is live music some days, Saturdays a DJ spins 90s/2000s hits. Really fun time. - Wine happy hour/tasting every day from 5-6. Good opportunity to meet other guests.

- Although students were on break, I think, there is a university nearby and a college bar too. - Apparently not all rooms are of the same size even if they're the same classification. My friend was in the same type of room as me and said it was noticeably bigger than mine.

Short, uneventful, and still fun!

The property was newer and still felt new. It’s very well maintained. The Fortunate Fox restaurant was great for breakfast, and live the themed music at nighttime.

I would just recommend giving guests a free bottle (or two) of water in their rooms.

Memorable! My daughter had a wonderful birthday thank you to Kimpton St.George!

What didn’t I like! The location, cleanliness , amazing staff, restaurant, rooms, ambience and I loved the fact you had to use a fobe to access the elevator! Also the personal touch of texting me while we were where to ensure everything was great!

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Overall great hotel. Would highly recommend.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Great location, a nice street and right next to a subway station (connecting station so you can get almost anywhere without changing trains). Hotel also offered morning coffee and tea in the lobby which was a nice bonus.

There wasn't much of a view from the room. Also the room was not completely soundproof. Nothing extreme but I could hear the doors next to me opening and closing. I didn't mind it, but something to consider if you're very noise sensitive.
