It was central
Car parking is very limited

The single room is small so, while the price was OK for Sydney and the location was handy, it wasn’t the best accommodation at this venue. I have stayed here before, but would not book this room again.

Great location and fantastic value for money. Very close to the Green Square station. Has a Woolworths in walking distance if people need anything small. Has all the basic needs one wants during their stay. The staff are always very helpful.
The bed sheets and cupboards were a bit smelly, which can put some folks off. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Close to the airport train and a short train trip.
Nice little restaurant/cafe/bar next door with vego options.
Staff were helpful.
No tea or coffee in the room, just a coffee lounge on the first floor … but the machine was out of milk! One of two machines operating.
Air Con but no heat cycle, desk provided a small fan heater on request

Love the location, just 1 min walk from Green Square Train Station and there are restaurants and supermarkets near it
and only 1 station away from Central station and 2 stations away from the airport
love the kitchen with all the essential items inside eg utensils, cups, kettle. you could also request a portable stove, pots and pans upon request
the 24 hour lounge serving coffee and tea is a great idea and they serve light snack in the morning
We had the balcony room at 6/F, it’s cozy and the best we could ask for at this price point
Really no

Loved that it was 24 hour reception as we had to do a mad dash to the airport very early in the morning due to a changed flight. Reception staff organised the taxi and had us off on our way in a matter of minutes. Loved the coffee room where we could meet with our friends.
Quite noisy as We could hear the lift all night and the shower from the next room.

Nothing. I'd give them zero stars if I could
I did not get any house keeping for the 4 nights I spent despite multiple attempts.
No communication.
I emailed the to complain and I never heard back from them.

Comfortable, location - right next to Green Square station which is only 2 train stops from Sydney Domestic Airport.
I stay at this hotel quite a lot when I arrive on late evening/night flights into Sydney Airport. I usually have a good, comfortable stay that I can't find any fault. Unfortunately this time I find my room wasn't cleaned properly. There was USED toilet paper in the bathroom cupboard which is very disgusting!

Excellent location, close to the airport and one stop to Central station. Keep in mind if you head out late, the trains on this line don't operate (after about 11:30pm) and you will need to take a bus/ride share. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Coffee and snacks were a nice little inclusion, make sure to head to the top floor and check out the lounge for some nice views.
Don't bother paying extra for a balcony, unless you are a smoker (we aren't). It was a waste of money to upgrade, as the balcony is only about 50cm wide, no space for table/chairs, plus the view was of a carpark. Staff we directly spoke to were friendly and helpful, however the night staff don't bother to acknowledge you as you enter/exit.

Nice location easy access to the city centre
Could have done with more ventilation in the room

Clean, the room was large enough, walking distance to shops and train. The bed was comfy. Fridge worked. And that was it.
I booked a room with a balcony with a view. What I got was a door to one, but the balcony was missing. Instead, there was a paved area of 40 cm width, too narrow to stand on, let alone sit, facing a graffiti wall of some industrial establishment. The room was very noisy, you could hear the traffic all night. The shower was an interesting contraption, producing water in shifts: lukewarm - hot - lukewarm - hot, in about 30 sec intervals. Also, if you are of a larger frame, then the bathroom will be rather uncomfortable. There was no tea or coffee in the room, and if you felt like some at 4AM, you had to take the lift to a different level and self-serve you on a monstrosity of a machine that had the incorrect instructions in English. Maybe the correct ones were in Chinese. I can't tell. My first cup was made of the rinsing water. Again, one-use paper caps in the age of recycling! The mind boggles. No blankets in room, and the aircon only cooling, not reverse. The wardrobe was made for giants, I could not reach the hangers to hang my clothes.

Tea Coffee
Didn't keep the word. Different staff say different things and messed up our booking. End up in a small room after paying for a queen suite.

Room was a good with a comfortable queen bed, dining table with two chairs and plenty of room to move around. The separate bathroom was small, but had everything you need. Toiletries were very nice. The kitchenette area was very clean and compact. Excellent choice of place to stay if heading to the airport or the city.
Unable to make own tea and coffee, but the lounge room/tea room area was very nice and clean and comfortable. A good supply of a variety of tea bags and choices of coffee. Also the food and fruit supplied was very nice and more than I expected.
