the room was spacious, the view was nice. i liked that you needed a key to enter the building, it felt very safe, overall was a good location to be in. i would recommend to others if they needed to be in the area.
the shower is my biggest complaint for 2 reasons, it leaked, the seal or something was broken, and the handle to turn the shower on is opposite the door, so you get blasted with ice water turning it on. As well it could use a good scrub and recaulk as the old caulking is coming undone. The trashcan in my bathroom was broken, so that was mildly annoying, and the room trashcan was very tiny, it would be better to have a larger size. The last thing was the TV i had many issues with the remote and not being able to use the captions, it would exit instead of going back and the HBO MAX wouldn’t allow me to login and was missing a lot of the shows i would have liked to watch.

Convenient to downtown walking and shops.
There is a club next door that blasted music, club closes at 3 am. Musics was so loud that the windows vibrated all not not allowing you to sleep.

It was new and updated.
If you’re on the club side, it’s loud and doesn’t have a view like the other side of the hotel.

Ended up not staying there. Upon arrival we were informed that only rooms available were next to a nightclub and ear plug’s would be provided. We were informed that we could cancel with no charge. Ended up staying at the Westin

All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, the location is phenomenal. Check in and check out were extremely fast and simple. The front desk gave us a paper with all the local restaurants which was so nice and very helpful!
The water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong. The room temp was hard to control, we would put it on 70 and it would be sweltering we would turn it down 2 degrees and it would be an icebox. Also, in the shower, it looked dirty at first glance, but it was just caulking that was used.. it should be redone tho because it definitely looks dirty.

Ruby at the front desk was amazing. She was very pleasant and friendly compared to other people we encountered during our trip to ATL.
The gentleman at the parking table the day we left was a little rude. I texted like the card said and it wasn’t but 3 hours later I received a reply stating that they were not accepting text for pick up. My encounter with him when we went down to get the car was rude when he said to me did you call and I told him no I sent a text like the card said and he responded right so you didn’t call for your car is what I’m hearing.

Fitness room is great!
Room did not have coffee pot, but had keurig pods with cups...staff took a while to bring it up, so I ended up being in the shower when she finally knocked on the door (awkward)...It was cold so I turned the heater on and it blew out cold air for a long time, making me at first call for an engineer (he never came) and then go downstairs to ask for a blanket...after heat came on, was in bed on my way to sleep (finally) when I was jolted by screams of a lady outside. I went downstairs again to know if staff was aware of noise (they were, and had security check it out as the altercation was either on or near the property)...shower floor looked unclean...but I think that's just the look and not the actual state of things...Reading light did not work for me, and I did have an assignment to do. Got to bed a bit late, so waking up to have breakfast was a little hard for me. Was a little disappointed

Room, amenities, comfort, great interior design, great environment, a great choice among hotels in the area.
Took forty-five minutes to check in. Me and three other people were waiting because of some technical issue. After checking in, getting settled and getting ready for bed, didn't get to bed until after 12:30- and had to wake up early for work. I understand things happen and everyone makes mistakes, but it really took away from the experience. I was comped Bonvoy points (12000) but when I tried to apply them to a reservation, they could not be applied because of some rule about not being able to pay in part points and part cash. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, I wish I had had more time to actually enjoy the amenities. I was hoping to spend at least an hour enjoying the amenities and then go to bed, but the confusion with check-in took away from that. If you don't have any problems with check-in, you will enjoy this hotel.

It was very pretty good view on 9th floor.
It seemed that the pictures that were online were used with a wide angle lens. When we stepped into the room was kind of shocked about the amount of space that was in the room, it was quite small. The toilet area was also small, if me and my husband had been overweight, we would not have been able to use the toilet, it felt claustrophobic in that area.

The room, staff and location are all exceptional. Big/nice rooms with A/C. The location is really close to the Georgia Aquarium, the Coca-Cola Museum and the Museum of Civil Rights.
A salad for breakfast would be nice.

The room was very nice and clean, the hotel was clean as well. The location is especially convenient as far as location if you’re in town for an event in downtown Atlanta.
I don’t like that they force you to pay for valet parking. It’s 24 hours but due to the fact I was there for an event I had to wait 10-15 minutes for my car to be brought to me which was an annoyance considering they MAKE you pay for it. I expect the service to be speedy. Also there is a club right across from them, they didn’t shut down until 3am…they were loud and could be hear clear as day even from the 9th floor. So if you have small children or a baby I wouldn’t choose this because it’s not necessarily the quietest at night.

I love the location of this hotel!
The bar on the corner had extremely loud music with a ton of bass playing until 3 am. No sleep was to be had.

Nice location. Very close to Georgia Aquarium!
Good selections of nearby restaurants!
The place is clean and well taken care of.
Valet parking is expensive ( 40$ per night).
Some of the staffs were not very welcoming, asked for trash bags because there was only one in the room but did not received extra for other trash cans in the room.
