Wonderful

Amazing place . Super clean , wonderful location , the owner super nice and easy to communicate , amazing staff . I would recommend 100% to anyone and I will be back . Was a little price but worth the stay . We loved

Ok for a short stop, near to beach.

Ok price, wouldn’t want to pay more though, nice shared roof terrace with views to the sea. Clean and comfortable.

The location is fine for a night or two, road was very badly littered particularly on the first day, but saw a street cleaner the next day. Shower was good and powerful but needs to be adjusted to lower down on the wall, it’s so high up it doesn’t touch you so you need to hold it while using, doors on the shower are really hard to open and close. Lock on balcony door was broken and didn’t lock, only noticed when we were going to bed, if we’d stayed longer I would have wanted that sorted asap. All in all ok, and fine for a one night stay.

Nie stay

Nice location, just 10-15 min to Medina, 2 min to the beach, several food option on the street. The apartment is clean, kitchen is well equipped, the personnel is easily reachable and very helpful.

They have only single beds, would be nice to have 1 double bed.

Lovely, helpful, friendly people running the residence.

The property is away from the main central area, but nearby are several small shops for fruit etc, an excellent cheap and cheerful fish restaurant, a small but well stocked wine and spirits shop and several cafes.

One small problem was there was only 1 bedside light. We had stayed there before, so took our own rechargeable lamp. It would be useful for other visitors to have lamps at both sides of the bed.

Great for nomads, remote workers, and long stays!

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back next time we're in Essaouira. Amazing rooftop with seating and loungers and a spectacular view of the beach. No better place to watch the sunset! The apartment was spacious with great natural lighting, well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, full size fridge etc, and a comfy bed. If you're working during your stay, the wifi was 85 d/l and 47 u/l speed in both our room and on the rooftop terrace - so you won't have any trouble with video calls. It's about a 10 min beachfront walk to the medina, and 15 min walk to the Carrefour supermarket (or 8 dirham each way in a taxi). There is a beer & wine store on the same street, plus cafes, food options, and a convenience store on the same block. The manager lives on site, so if you have any questions or problems, they can be quickly attended to. Staff were all lovely, and rooms are cleaned + fresh towels every day. A great find all round and perfect if you're a nomad or remote worker :)

Super friendly team and spotlessly clean apartments, serviced daily. Best of all is the awesome roof terrace with the most amazing sunsets and sun loungers for the day. Two minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the medina. Highly recommend.

The perfect relaxing break.

Very friendly, helpful owners. Immaculately clean…rooms cleaned every day & towels changed. Large apartment with sea view. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen & super comfy bed! Good position midway along the bay. Loved the roof terrace with great views to the medina.

No lift..but the kind people there carried my luggage upstairs so not a problem.

Gorgeous sea views in a great apartment

The apartment is big, confortable and has a view to the sea! From the small terrace in the bedroom and the window in the living room we could see and hear the sea 100 mts away! Gorgeous! The terrace in the rooftop is also amazing. It has like bar tables watching directly to the beach. Best rooftop in town and it was all for ourselves!

Nothing. We had to walk 10 mins from the bus stop that was close to the Medina, so that was all the walking we had to do to go back and forth to the old part of town.

It is an appart'hotel at 1 minute from the beach and 10 minutes from the medina. It is very well equipped for independent living. It is very clean. The cleaning staff comes once a day. The owner Zakaria is very nice. He gave us some good tips and let us know that downstairs there is a shop that sells beers and wine (essential for any European who goes on holiday). The very strong point of the hotel is the upstairs terrace. It is very windy in Essaouira and lounging on the beach quickly turns into a nightmare (sand in the mouth, towel flying off etc.). So, on the terrace we enjoy the deckchairs with less wind. There is a very nice view of the sea where you can enjoy a beer in the evening.

At 20-30 meters from the hotel there is a wasteland with a lot of rubbish and garbage. I reassure you that you don't smell anything from the hotel.

The best place we stayed in Morocco and Essaouira was the best town we visited

Everything about the apartment. It was spacious, comfortable, had sea views from the rooms and from a very large terrace on the roof, was 40 metres from an official bottle-shop and just a 2-minute walk to the promenade and beach. Plus a big bonus for us (as vegetarians) was a large well-equipped kitchen with fridge. And the on-site owners were very friendly and helpful and did a great job looking after all the apartments in this small block

Perfect apartment

Fabulous apartment with 2 balconies and a beautiful roof terrace.Excellent location near beach and nice restaurants. Easy to get to Medina. Lovely owner Zachariah was very friendly and helpful. Very clean apartment with all facilities you would need.

Nice pleasant stay

Accommodation was bright and airy. The room I stayed in was very spacious. Immaculately clean. Towels were changed every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice view from the terrace and a good place to relax. The walk to the Medina was a pleasant 10 minute stroll up the promenade.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Louzani. What impressed us most was how clean the whole apartment was. A level of cleanliness that we haven't seen before in Morocco. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in carrying our luggage up the stairs. A cleaning lady came every day. The beds were just a little bit too hard for us, but still quite comfortable. And the location is perfect. Just outside the old city, almost directly on the beach, very close to all kinds of restaurants.

This apartment was large, comfortable, and spotless. The host was super helpful. He did a load of laundry for us free of charge and helped us arrange a taxi to get to our next destination. The apartment is just one block from the wonderful beach and there is a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can watch the sunset. Highly recommend!

Very good

Cleanness and staff were among the best I have experienced. Very good value for the price, and the terrace has a great sea view, you can hear the waves.

A bit of a walk from the old Medina, but it’s super close to the beach, 1 min walk.

We traveled to Essaouria from Marakesh for one day to see the ocean.

Personel is very nice and helpful. Good communication before arrival. They were able to support us during our stay perfectly: recommend restaurants, added 2nd separate bed etc. Room was extremely big and well equipped. It is nice looking. Not posh and trendy, but you can instantly see marocan references. Not far from bus station is additional plus.

- it was loud because of the renovation in the nearby house - the place doesn't look exactly like in the photos

Great stay

The cleanliness, a stocked kitchen, the housekeeping, the view on the rooftop and the quietness. The medina was less than 10 minutes of walk. The bus station was about 11 min of walk. There is a security guy downstairs that is on watch 24/7.

The bathroom towels provided looked used.
