My husband and I enjoyed our stay; the Lopez’s provided everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, with private access to the beach and lots of places to eat at. My husband was not well on our last day and they were understanding and accommodating. You will not regret staying here.

My husband and I went to Isla Verde for our 20th anniversary and stayed at Celina and Jose's home. Beautifully decorated with Puerto Rican art work. Home has everything you need. Literally steps to the olympic size pool and then another few feet to the beach. Waher and dryer were such a bonus. Incredibly comfortable king sized bed . Secure parking. Many wonderful local restaurants and a $12 uber ride to Old San Juan. Although we rented a car we did not drive there due to a lot of traffic and little parking. Also a great home base if you want to explore different parts of the island. Thank you for letting us stay in your home! We look forward to our next trip!

Our recent stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for more. Everything we needed was within close proximity, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore and enjoy Puerto Rico to the fullest.
We can't speak highly enough about our host, Celina. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
The place provided us with everything we could possibly need during our stay. From essential amenities to thoughtful touches, we felt well taken care of and had a comfortable experience. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation. It was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the fantastic location, the amazing ocean view, and the cleanliness and comfort of the place.

Property was exactly as listed. Checkin went very smoothly. The unit was spotless and very nicely decorated with art of the country. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels, four beach towels as well as beach chairs. You got the sense of a lovingly designed and maintained home. We had no complaints and are so happy we had the privilege of staying here. Thank you to the Lopez family for sharing your home with us.

The beach is right there 👌
The only thing was we didn't have electricity for a complete day. We really didn't need it because we were out the majority of the time, by the time we went to bed it was good.
I will stay there again.

Celina and Joe truly have a "home away from home"! Their rental is perfect! The location is close to everything - the beach, many great restaurants, casinos, CVS, all within walking range. Being on the 17th floor was amazing - the view in the evening, as well as the daytime is just superb! Every single thing you may need is right in the condo - Celina has thought of it all! We HIGHLY recommend and hope to be back again in Puerto Rico.

My wife and I first time in Puerto Rico, and the condo was AMAZING!!!! The look of it was comforting, and view was breathtaking. Ms. Celina was very helpful, and informative when it came about our whole stay there. Great location and access to the beach and beautiful ocean water. Definitely recommend this location for my future stay in Puerto Rico. Very affordable for a week stay!!!!

This apartment just keeps getting better. I have been here several times at it is perfect for me when visiting family and unwinding from the NYC grind. The owners (Celina and Jose) are always upgrading the apartment making the stay even better every time. Always super clean and organized with a great view of the beach, mountains, and parties at the hotel next door :-)). Communication is a 10 as is the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and well decorated. It had all conveniences of home but with a much better view. This was our first trip to PR and our host did a great job making sure we had all the information we needed. Thank you to Celina and family. I would definitely recommend this place.

This condo was amazing! It felt safe and comfortable from the start. The layout and decor is beautiful. Celina is very responsive and clear in communication. She helped us find places to eat, gave great instruction and was an overall pleasure to deal with. Oh and this stay is literally ON the beach. I’d add an extra star if I could.

Celina, was great on communicating everything from the time we booked to the day of arrival. She even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was good. Their condo is exactly as pictured and it was very clean. Everything from toiletries to kitchen essentials was there. This was the best vacation rental we have experienced to date. The home is clean, decorated nicely and spacious. The a/c works great which is what we needed after a long day on the island.

I just want to say WOW! This wonderful property is everything that is shown in the photos! The apartment was clean and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I loved how the curtains were kept closed until we arrived, opening the curtains for the first time and seeing the beach was stunning. We were on the 17th floor and saw everything! Celina was amazing from the very beginning, excellent communication. The booking process was easy and made me feel comfortable. She even text me to welcome us to the apartment. All the amenities were great, Celina has thought of every detail to make your vacation wonderful from sunscreen to beach chairs to shopping cart the list is endless. You do not need to bring absolutely nothing at all just your credit card. The apartment is across the street from Burger King, CVS, Cold Stone ice cream, several stores and restaurants and my favorite Mi Casita best monfongo ever! This trip was a mother and daughter trip, we felt safe the whole time, with condo’s 24 hour security. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment with us. We had a wonderful time!!

Excellent choice for our three night stay! Accurate listing and photos. This condo is well cared for and well appointed too. Although we didn’t prepare any meals during our stay, you have all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Property is close/ short Uber or Lyft car ride from/to the airport but noise is not an issue. You have easy access to enjoy the beautiful beach or outdoor pool on the premises. Short walk to area hotels for Happy Hour, music, and casino if you wish. (I made a small donation to P.R. via the casino!).
Communication with host was wonderful! When back to beautiful , sunny Puerto Rico, we hope to stay here again.😊

The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean and a safe place to stay. The views from the apartment were incredible all day long. The location of the apartment was centric and access to major highways was nice. Just a few minutes from the SJU airport. Nice pool, and gymnasium as well as easy access to the “alambique beach.”

This property is beautiful and well maintained…Really clean! It’s cozy. You’ll feel right at home. We enjoyed everything about this apartment. No complaints! If I could give it 200 stars, I would! Celina is a jewel. While we were there Hurricane Fiona decided to visit too. Celina, made sure that we had everything that we needed flashlights, batteries etc.. Already in place.! Also, had someone to come over to check on us. That’s excellent customer service! Celina kept checking in on us to see how we were doing through the storm and our stay! This is the place to book if you’re going to visit Puerto Rico! Celina, cares about you! She makes sure that you enjoy your stay and its a wonderful location! Great ocean view! Already looking forward to going back.

A home away from home. Love Panadería España for sandwiches, Alambique beach lounge to hang out. All within walking distance or a short ride. Best beach. Celina was very helpful and accommodating.

This property has it all! Everything you want in a vacation home. All the comforts of home. Lovingly decorated and cared for. We could tell from the moment we opened the door this was our perfect home away from home. The pictures are exact however they can't show the warm and inviting feel it has. If you are a little harder to please, this is your place. If you want to do a little cooking everything is there. For eating out it's surrounded by many restaurants. Uber is just a call away and you can explore to your heart's content. The view from the balcony is wonderful, and the beach just a few feet away. Ladies don't pack a lot of extra things for use in the apartment. Celina has thought of everything you will need to make your stay perfect. Don't let this one get away. Celina thank you for all the thoughtfulness and care you put into making this a wonderful place to come to. We could not have enjoyed our time there more. Hope to see you again soon! Prior to meeting another couple on the south side of PR for a week, we decided to come early to check out San Juan.
This condo was as advertised and was perfect for our needs.
It is on a GREAT beach.
There are a plethora of exceptional food choices within walking distance.
It is very close to the airport, so that made arrival easy. It is an easy drive to Old San Juan.
The condo was very clean and the owner was very accommodating and communicated with us throughout the entire process.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Celina's apt is amazing! Everything was pristine, clean, and EXACTLY as pictured! The views were beautiful of the city and ocean on her 17th floor balcony,which had comfy furniture to relax on or enjoy a meal and beach chairs to lounge in. There was always a nice breeze, we only used the ac to sleep at night. You are close to the airport and the street below can be heard but neither of these things interfered with our stay. The apt had everything you could need to enjoy your stay, plenty of kitchen utensils to cook if you want, updated appliances, freezer with ice maker, a coffee machine with kuerig or pot option, washer dryer, even a cart to bring items back from the very closely located stores.( you are literally steps from beach,cvs restaurants,casinos etc) There are even full size beach towels and a small cooler in the walk in closet. The apt furnishings are above and beyond, the Lopez family really has made it a home away from home.From the moment we booked until we left Celina made communication easy.The check in process was smooth. We had all the info we needed ahead of time. There is a folder in the apt with local info, restaurants etc. We used Uber to get there from the airport (5 min)and for some meal delivery. The beach is literally steps out the door past the pool with some palms for shade.You can bring a beach chair from balcony or rent chairs from gentleman on the beachand there are bathrooms just inside the Coral building near the pools as wrll ad showers to rinse off the sand. You do need to remember your key fob to go in and out. We clipped each of ours to a carabiner. I would highly recommend staying here. I hope to be able to return some day and enjoy all it had to offer! Thanks again Celina for sharing your home with us!
