I bought my parents and dog to stay in this gorgeous fully self contained bungalow. So close to the beach and Main Street. Had heaps of food and breakfast items which was fantastic and my dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. Highly recommend and will be back 😃

Alison and Gary were lovely hosts. We arrived to food at the Bungalow which was great as it meant we didn’t have to go out to the shops. There is everything you need in the bungalow such lovely touches and things to explore. My son loved feeding the birds out of his hands and enjoyed watching them each morning. Even our dog Lilly was made to feel welcome with her own treats and bowls. We have booked again as we had such a great stay in a lovely part of the world.

Alison and Gary are super hosts. Everything we needed was in The Bungalow with plenty of extra treats as well. Secure fenced property that ensures your pet will not escape. A 5 minute walk to a off leash dog beach (morning and afternoon- check times) and a safe beach to swim at.

The Bungalow was a great little place for our weekend away. The dogs loved the ample yard to run around in and it was in a great location close to the beach and shops.

I loved staying at The Bungalow. Ollie (my dog) and I were made to feel really welcome. The place is very homey and cosey and Alison was very generous in the little ‘extras’ she provided. Ollie had a big yard to roam and play in, and was welcome inside as well. And it’s a couple of minutes walk to a beautiful dog friendly beach. Will definitely be back! Thanks Alison and Gary 😊

The Bungalow is a warm, cosy, welcoming home away from home. It has everything you could need and more, with so many considerate little extras including food for hot breakfasts, snacks, tea, coffee and milk. Allison and Gary are delightful, thoughtful hosts. They made us and our little pug dog feel so very welcome. We will certainly be visiting again.

We had a lovely long weekend in Huskisson at The Bungalow with our puppy. It had a very homey feel and the owners were very friendly and generous with breakfast supplies and snacks. We loved the birdlife and the location close to beaches, walks and playgrounds. Our puppy loved exploring the garden.

We landed on our feet at Huskisson when we found The Bungalow, a pet friendly, self-contained, comfortable cottage in a secure backyard also with a spa bath that was bliss. We had a really great restful time “recharging the boilers” while the local wildlife entertained us. We left out seed and we’re rewarded with visits from crimson rosellas, king parrots, rainbow lorikeets, parakeets and brush bronze wing pigeons. However the kookaburras liked the bread scraps that we left out for the possums, so we gave them chopped apple after sunset. The possums are active at night and the kookaburras welcome the dawn, with the rest visiting during the day after that. All the wild life there we found quite tame, so moving slowly nearby didn’t frighten them away. Our 4 year old Labrador, loves the water, so a daily short walk to visit the beach was a must do event. Our hosts Alison & Garry are very helpful with email contact to provide information beforehand, as well as being welcoming and supportive during our stay without being intrusive. Huskisson is surrounded by history, places of interest and outstanding food venues. We used Huskie as a base for trips to different provadores, apairists, olive farms,and vineyards. In a week we feel that we have only scratched the surface, and there is so much more to see, taste and do that we will have to come again.

The backyard was fully fenced and secure. This was of great benefit when travelling with our dog. We would have made more use of the outdoor space ourselves had the weather been more favourable. This property is extremely well located - 2 minutes walk to the beach (Huskisson beach, pet friendly), 1km walk to Huskisson and not much more in the other direction to Vincentia. We stayed at the cottage for a week and really enjoyed our time there. Alison and Gary are great hosts, very friendly and accommodating. The cottage was well provisioned on our arrival with snacks and breakfast sorted out for us. Our Labrador was warmly welcomed too, with treats for her as well. The beach is a short stroll away and dog friendly too as a bonus. Husky is about a 15 min leisurely walk away. So the location is spot on. While the cottage is out the back of the main house, you have your own driveway and a privacy screen seperates you as well. There is a sizeable garden area for you or your pooch to enjoy so you do have privacy . Your hosts are up for a chat though if you do so wish. We’ll be back for sure…

My partner and I stayed in Ali's bungalow with our 15-month-old puppy. It was fantastic and just what we were looking for. There was plenty of room and so many special touches that made it a great stay. The location is great too - easy walk to the beach and town. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

I don't want to say how good this property was in case it gets booked out. Alison and Gary are the best hosts I've ever come across, they have all your needs met, all the special touches you would not of thought about. They love your fur babies and are great hosts. Beach was probably 300 metres away, located half way between Huskison and Vincentia shops. 6 out of 5 stars
