Located in State College, this attractive house for $2,872 per night is a great option for your next break. Hiking and walking trails at your doorstep. Hear every touchdown from the rockers on the front porch or relax by the fire pit or soak in the 6 person hot tub. Full gym in basement including Peloton Bike, elliptical, treamill, Trx straps, and weights. . Sleeps 10 This highly desirable neighborhood is close to Penn State's campus. It's convenient location provides easy access to several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Park at the bottom of our street and ride the free shuttle or walk to the stadium. CATA Bus Stop is at the end of the street. The stadium is 1.5 miles away. People with sensitive pet allergies should probably look elsewhere. We have 2 dogs. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10PM. No parties, events, or additional guests. Violation may result is loss of security deposit. Please treat our beautiful home and our lovely neighbors as if they were your own. Most rooms are accessible except for a few areas designated for owner storage (see floor plan in the photos section). Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Well trained housebroken pets are welcome inside for an extra fee. We have parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway; No street parking is allowed in front of houses overnight. During the day, you can park on the street only on the same side of the house. Please do not block mailboxes. The local police do ticket for street parking after 10PM. Privacy Disclosure. Your privacy is important to us (and to you!). No cameras are inside the house or backyard or hot tub area. Nor are any listening devices or “Alexa” in use. There are 2 front doorbell cameras (Ring brand) and only pointing toward the street.

Great location and very comfortable. Owners were awesome. Easy walk to campus and Beaver Stadium. Highly recommend for game weekend rental.

From start to finish, this house had it all! The owners added so many nice touches, from linens, to hand soaps, trash bags, paper products. We literally only had to pack clothes and food/drinks. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub and back yard area were perfect for our family to hang out and enjoy the evening when we arrived. Love the noon checkout time too. If you stay here, you will not regret it. The owners live here and rent their home, and they make you feel like you are at home. We will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay at your property (location was great), but - as owners of a rental property ourselves, we had certain expectations. While the bathrooms and kitchen area were clean, there were definitely areas in the house that could have used a wipe down (doors and light switches). In addition, the tree swing (which was indicated adults could use), was not up to par - and broke upon just barely sitting on it. Leaving someone in our group with a back injury that they are still dealing with. Overall, this was a ‘good’ property, but wish it was cleaner and that they did not promote that the swing was as “sturdy enough for an adult”.

It was so kind of the owners to let us use their beautiful home for a football weekend. We had a group of 8. Everyone slept comfortably. Technically we could walk to the stadium, although buses or an Uber would be recommended in unpleasant weather. There were so many thoughtful amenities they included. We had a wonderful time and a great place to stay, thank you!

Great place for kids and adults to stay for a football game. Communication was great. Easy to get to stadium via bus or car.

The owner was easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and the space was great for our large family. Our biggest bummer was that due to rain and cold temps we were not able to enjoy the backyard which looks very inviting.

House was perfect and welcoming! Would definitely book again. Everything was set for our arrival, from beds prepared to towels and essentials. Great location, we walked home from the game and enjoyed a sunset hot tub experience. The living space is perfect for large gatherings. Mountain, the cat, was friendly and snuggly but was also happy to spend time away from us upstairs on the rocker.

Thanks to Todd and Dana for opening their home to us and allowing us to spend a reunion football weekend at their beautiful house. We really enjoyed the patio with the fire pit and hot tub after a long day of tailgating! The location was great, as it was a quick Uber ride into town and a short drive to the tailgate fields. The listing of the description is accurate and the house was clean. We would recommend the house to others.
