We had a wonderful week visiting the south of the island. It’s well located to go to both coasts.
Antonio was very helpful and took care of us in all situations. We even had a flat tire and he helped me find the right place to change it coming with me to the mechanic.

Owner Antonio was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a portable barbeque and beach chairs/parasol when he knew we were going to local beaches. Very nice residential area with private gated parking. Really nice house on upper floor of building. Owner lives on ground floor. Nice big living room/kitchen area and good sized bedrooms. A couple of minor quibbles. Air con is at top of stairs and not in the best position to keep living room or bedroom cool (although there was a very good big fan which we moved from room to room). Some of the photos show the back of the house (with the covered veranda) but this is not available to renters because the owner lives there. House is in really nice area but not really within short walking distance of anything so you have to have a car. If you have a car we would recommend exploring the beaches around Pula/Chia/Nora (30 minutes drive) which are much nicer than the local La Maddalena beach.

Toller Aufenthalt bei sehr netten Vermietern
Wir wurden, da das Flugzeug spät landete, sehr spät in Empfang genommen, was super klappte. Die Wohnung war tip top, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, wir haben prima geschlafen. Leider war der WLAN-Empfang nicht so toll, es hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vor allem auch, weil Antonio und Gina super nett sind.

Sehr sympathische Vermieter, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung
Sehr bemühte und sympathische Vermieter, gute Kommunikation, blitzsaubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, gutes Internet, ruhige, geschützte Lage, gute Sicherheit (Parken innerhalb des Grundstücks, das mit einem sicheren Tor verschließbar ist. Grillplatz mit schöner Sitzgelegenheit draußen.

Séjour Sardaigne du Sud
Très bel appartement au 1 er étage et accès à un jardin privé. Les hôtes sont au rdc et ont leur jardin.
Antonio et Pina sont adorables, discrets et plein de conseils. Séjour très agréable à 30 minutes des plages de Chia, magnifiques !

Un très bon séjour
A mi-chemin entre la bouillonante ville de Cagliari et les superbes plages de Chia, la maison etait très propre (merci Pina) très agréable, calme, lumineuse et confortable. Nous avons surtout apprécié sa fraicheur sous le soleil de plomb Sarde.
Mais ce qui restera plus que tout dans nos mémoires est l'accueil chaleureux de Pina et Antonio, deux hotes magnifiques, gentils et prévenants.
Merci pour les petits gateaux à la confiture du jardin, le vin blanc, la biere Sarde, le bon café de Pina, les anecdoctes d'Antonio, et vos rires généreux. Surtout vos rires. Merci, merci, merci.

Agréable séjour en Sardaigne
Très belle prestation spacieuse et complète proche de Cagliarie et des plages de Maddelena dans un endroit calme . Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux et des denrées pour nous accueillir au frais . Notre séjour a été très agréable de visites " monuments et de plage de sable" dans une eau très très bonne et transparente . Nous garderons un bon souvenir de Antonio et sa femme et vous les recommandes .

Quando la disponibilità e la generosità fanno la differenza
Nonostante l’orario tardivo il signor Antonio era lì ad aspettarci per farci strada per accompagnarci alla sua splendida casa. La gentilezza discreta e cordiale di Antonio e Pina ci ha accompagnato per tutto il soggiorno: presenti al bisogno ma mai invadenti. Ottima Location per chi desidera visitare la splendida costa cagliaritana. Peccato che la spiaggia libera a meno di un km non fosse curata come meriterebbe

Spätsommer 2019 Capoterra
Beruflich bedingt konnten wir erst im Oktober den Sommerurlaub antreten. Wir haben uns für den Süden Sardiniens entschieden und bei Familie Garau in Capoterra ein passendes Quartier gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet - was man in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht, haben wir alles vorgefunden. Nicht zuletzt hatten wir sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber, die sprachlichen Klippen (sie kein deutsch, wir kein italienisch) haben wir mit Händen und Füßen überwunden und auf diesem Wege zahlreiche Tipps und Hinweise erhalten (wo ist der beste Strand, wo kann man gut Essen etc.). Ach so, das richtige Wetter hatten sie auch für uns bestellt! Es war ein schöner Urlaub, wir können das Quartier nur weiterempfehlen.

La casa es tal y como se describe, está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. El jardín y la barbacoa estupendos. Antonio y su mujer son encantadores y te dan la bienvenida con unas pastas caseras riquísimas.

Absolut erholsamer Urlaub.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet.es ist eigentlich alles da, was man zum Wohnen braucht. Im Garten ist eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Pavillon und Grill. Wir haben sie leider nicht genutzt, da wir ausserhalb gegessen haben.Die Eigentümer Antonio und Pina sind sehr herzlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. In der Umgebung zwischen 20-30 minütigen Autofahrt gibt es wunderschöne Strände. Den Chia Strand können wir wärmsten weiter empfehlen, dieser ist jedoch 40 Minuten Autofahrt von der Wohnung entfehrnt. Ist aber absolut lohnens -und sehenswert. Im Grossen und Ganzen können wir die Wohnung absolut weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une jolie semaine chez Antonio et Pina . Ils sont attentionné et chaleureux. Une très belle rencontre, les enfants parlent beaucoup de vous. La maison est très spacieuse nous étions un couple avec trois enfants et on ne s est pas du tout senti à l étroit .Grazie per tutto

Sehr liebe nette Vermieter hilfsbereit
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber.
Gemütlich. Auch der Grillplatz am Haus war sehr nett.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Man muss aber ein Auto haben, fussläufig ist da leider nichts zu machen. Die Strände in naher Umgebung sind vorhanden , aber die ein wenig weiter weg sind, ca 30 min fahrt sind deutlich schöner. Da man aber eh ein pkw braucht macht das nichts.
Kann die Wohnung und die netten Vermieter sehr empfehlen. Er hatte immer gute tips .

Una settimana perfetta: ringraziamo Antonio e sua moglie per la squisita gentilezza con cui ci hanno accolto. Sentirsi a casa in un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante nonche' pulito e comodo per raggiungere le belle spiagge della Sardegna del sud.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns zu dritt mit unserem 1,5 Jahre alten Sohn sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht, angefangen bei der Küchenaustattung, über die Klimaanlage bis hin zu Babybett und Hochstuhl. Wir wurden herzlich mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Ein besonderes Plus sind auch die an allen Fenstern vorhandenen Fliegengitter. Antonio war immer sehr hilfreich, wenn wir eine Frage hatten und hat uns auch mit Spielzeug, Sonnenschirm etc für den Strand ausgerüstet. Es gab sogar Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten.
Man braucht in der Gegend, wie auch generell auf Sardinien unbedingt einen Mietwagen. Fussläufig erreicht man aus dem Wohngebiet kaum etwas. Von der Wohnung aus ist man mit dem Auto aber recht schnell in Cagliari und an einigen schönen Stränden.

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern
Tolle, recht große Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung im ersten Stock des Hauses. Unten wohnt Antonio der Vermieter mit seiner Frau. Die beiden sind wahnsinnig nett und erfüllen jeden nur möglichen Wunsch. Da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern gekommen sind hat uns Antonio z.B. gleich den Hochstuhl seiner Enkel und diverse Spielsachen gebracht.
Im Garten gibt es einen eigenen Sitzbereich und einen Kugelgriller zur exklusiven Nutzung und so haben wir relativ oft frischen Fisch und Tintenfische gegrillt (direkt bei der Ortseinfahrt von Capotera gibt es einen "Super CRAI" mit großer Fleisch und Fisch-Abteilung).
Für die Strände (und Stadtbesuche) von Cagliari bis Pula ist die Lage gut. Wenn man plant oft nach Chia zu fahren (45 Minuten bei wenig Verkehr) stellt sich die Frage, ob eine etwas nähere Unterkunft nicht praktischer wäre.
