About this house rental
JUST OFF DUVAL... Private single family home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Open the rear French doors to a private backyard oasis with a heated pool and spacious deck for sunbathing, outdoor dining and grilling your fresh catch. Located a short walk from restaurants, bars and fun attractions. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS and AMENITIES... Comfortable furnishings give this home a modern island feel. Beautiful designer decor bring the atmosphere of the Keys right inside the door. Flat screen TVs are located in all bedrooms as well as the living area. The modern updates include a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS..... Two bedrooms reside on the first floor. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed with access to the guest bath. The third bedroom is located up the spiral staircase in the loft and has two twin beds which can be converted to a king bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The sofa in the front living area features a pull-out accommodating one additional guest. POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING... Swim in the pool or chill with a cocktail on the large rear deck. Dine under the stars or enjoy a good book at the outdoor seating. Venture out the front door with your morning coffee to the front porch seating. PETS... No pets please! PARKING... This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates. DISTANCES TO BEACHES... South Beach is 0.2 mi Higgs Beach is 0.8 mi Smathers Beach is 2 mi Fort Zachary Taylor Beach Is 1.4 mi All beaches have beach chair and umbrella rentals. CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. The property is a cute house, great location, and was very clean. We were a group of 6 active senior adults. The 3rd bedroom is not easy to access with a very tight, spiral staircase. They show the staircase in the pictures, but it's much more difficult to navigate than it appears.

Spacious, comfortable, quiet home. The pictures do show what you are getting . . . But then you open the front door and realize what a gem this is . . . . For the size and location.
Even the pool is bigger than it appears in the photos. There were 6 of us, adults, and we could have all fit in the pool comfortably if we had all chosen to be in it at the same time. First time we ever got visited by the iguanas - beautiful creatures.
Kitchen has all the essentials but no cutting boards, light over sink did not work, and comforting to find pool friendly glasses. The fridge is amazing!
Clean, cozy, comfortable for 6 of us. Bathrooms are up to date though bathroom in front bedroom is a bit snug.
Be mindful of the winding staircase as you can smack your head on the lower end if you're not paying attention. The trash & recycling bins were right below so we had to move them to avoid further run ins.
Good number of outlets. Fans and lights operate on the same remotes. While I thought the blinds were cute and different they are a little difficult to set so prepare to not mess with them a whole lot otherwise you may feel like they're breaking/broken.
This is the furthest south we've stayed on the island. The house is on a quiet street with some amazing restaurants on both ends. The Tipsy Rooster is not only a bar but also liquor store right around the corner on Simonton.
Could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my 40th!

Super quiet. Parked 2 cars right in front of the house without issue during the weekdays. Got a little crowded on the weekend but the house is walkable to almost anywhere so we tried to not move them. Cute house, clean, plenty of space.

The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of rentals in the neighborhood and the young men next door didn’t really honor the quiet hours. The back door was very sticky and difficult to close; chairs at the outdoor table were missing or broken (manager said that new ones had been ordered). Pool is really small (I should have noticed that from the listing). Kitchen has sufficient plates, glassware, etc but don’t look for any spices or other items that one often finds in a rental. Overall, still a nice stay.

This was our second time staying at this house, that is how much we love it! It's in a great location. The house is perfect for a small group. There were even a few improvements since we stayed 5 years ago and we didn't think it could get any better. But it did! The management company is great to work with. They communicate throughout the whole process and are easy to get ahold of. Highly recommend if you're in the Keys!

This quaint little cottage is close to Duval, lots of places to eat, and lots of entertainment! We were comfortable and felt at home. The pool is small but nice to cool off in and private. Sea glass blue walls make it feel tropical and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay!

We were 3 couples traveling for a birthday and this home fit all needs including each couple with their own bathroom. The youngest couple got the upstairs bedroom with the spiral staircase. Management was wonderdful with communication. The only issue we had was we went to breakfast at 9:30 to return by 10am (checkout) and advised housekeeping and they were in our room before we returned at 10:05.. We were packed but knew we would need to use the home for last minute issues after eating. Other than this situation it was a wonderful time, clean and had all that we needed.

The house was the perfect size. The property manager stayed in touch through phone and text even before we arrived. The was there to personally greet us and stayed in touch throughout the weekend to check on our needs. Ive been coming to Key West for years, but honestly speaking, this was the best, most relaxing time ever.

We loved this house! Close to Duval St but on the quiet side of town. Close walk to food and shops. We rented a golf cart and had parking in front of the house the entire time. Pool was refreshing on a hot day. Can’t wait to go back!

This was perfect for our couples getaway celebration for our husbands 60th birthday celebration. Close enough to walk (or stumble) home from Duval Street. Located on a quiet and quaint side street. Had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Communication was on point.

The house is super cute and located just off of Duval and it's only a short bike ride to the beach. The concierge got us a last minute pontoon boat charter and we couldn't have been happier. they were very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Great spot!

Short distance from shops, restaurants and bars but on a quiet little street so you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of all the crazy. This cute little cottage was perfect for me, my daughter and her friends on their spring break! The rooms and bathrooms are a little small but were fine for even a bunch of girls. The outdoor patio and pool was perfect for hanging out.

We highly recommend this vacation home in Key West! We had an amazing time there for my daughter's 21st birthday. The home has everything you need for a fantastic vacation and the location is perfect! We have vacationed in Key West many, many times and this was one of the best VRBOs we've stayed at.

What a great property! First of all, this was a last minute booking after our first booking cancelled hours before we were to check in. This host graciously allowed us to book within hours saving us from a lot of headache! Check in was simple and smooth! The property is in the PERFECT spot, close to all the action but quiet street where you could decompress. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The stove and knife block were adorable! Lol Can we talk too about the adorable dipping pool? The setup was perfect for the other family we were staying with. Everyone had their own bathroom and privacy! I give this whole experience a 10+ Thank you! We’ll be back!!!

We almost didn't make it to Key West because of a hurricane but luckily things worked out and we got to stay in this beautiful home right off of Duval Street. The house was clean and well appointed. Loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom and TV. The house isn't big but can still comfortably sleep 7. The deck and pool was great and the location was perfect.

We had a great stay here! The property manager allowed us to keep our luggage at the home since we arrived earlier than check in. The house was perfect the perfect size and the pool was very nice. It is in a great location and you can walk anywhere. The airport is a quick Uber ride away and we had no issues at all with the home.

This place was perfect!! Enough privacy for a nice day in, but close enough to nightlife if we wanted a night out! We were lucky enough to park right outside the residence the entire time, but a pay lot was within a safe distance if needed.
Three bedrooms and bathrooms, with two couches! Probably one of the bigger properties we came across when looking and the 5 of us had plenty of space to be comfy and have some privacy.
The pool is really where we spent a lot of our time at the house. Perfect size for all 5 of us to enjoy!
When we ventured out, we walked most of the time. For trips to the grocery store or big group activities at the marina, all was within an 8 minute drive.
The property manager, Shana, was fantastic! She stayed in contact with us and checked that we made it in safely! We found an issue from a previous renter, and she was quick to fix it!
We are looking forward to planning another trip, this property being our first pick!

The location just off the quieter end of Duval was easy reach of all the interesting places to visit. The property manager was easy to communicate with very helpful when we had any questions. Very accommodating....perfect location, very nice home, clean....my only negative was the pillows are beyond their lives and need replacing. That's not a negative, just something to look at. Shana was awesome with keeping us informed and because we flew in early, the house wasn't cleaned from the previous renters but we were allowed to leave our bags at the house. I highly recommend.

Love Key West
First of all, a great located property. We literally walked every day an average of 14000 steps around Duval Street and the old town area. Just wonderful to see this great town.
At arrival, everything was ready and Shana got in touch with us during our drive to Key West. Charming house in good condition. Accommodations were good, beds great, fold out sofa for our granddaughter acceptable, since she is 5 and not heavy. For adults it would be uncomfortable.
Each of the bedrooms has adjacent bathrooms. Kitchen is just enough for what we needed. AC worked great. Pool is small but was perfect for our needs.
Apart from one broken launch chair, that we reported to Shana, everything was functional and in decent shape.
We encountered only one problem: parking
I was not really clear if we could park in front of the house since the street is very narrow. Nevertheless, we found a handicapped parking just two houses down, where we were able to leave out truck, with the permit on mirror for the time in Key West. In spite of the confusion, there were permanent cars parked in front of the house, blocking the entry. Didn't see any enforcement from the police. Furthermore, the garbage cans are somehow shared and they fill up very quickly with garbage from other people.
Last thing, but this is not something the owners can control: Lots of remodeling and construction going on in that neighborhood and the entire Island. No problem inside the house, but if you're trying to get some rest during the day in the pool area... quite a bit of belt sanding and hammering all around the house.
All in all, we had a great time. We were lucky with the parking and everything else is resolved with a smile in Key West.
We would not hesitate to book this property again and can only recommend it to whoever is looking for a great time.
