A charming three-room apartment in the lively and picturesque historic neighborhood of San Niccolò, in the heart of Florence, near the Ponte Vecchio and just a stone’s throw from Florence’s major tourist attractions, such as Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza della Signoria, and the Duomo, with views of Piazzale Michelangelo and San Miniato. It is located on the first floor of a typical Florentine building. It sleeps 4–5 people, with a double bed in the master bedroom, a double loft bed in the living room, and the option to add an extra single bed. It is tastefully furnished, very bright, and quiet. It consists of a living room/bedroom, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a storage/laundry room, and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. Note: DAILY AND WEEKLY RATES ARE BASED ON A STAY FOR 2 PEOPLE. For additional guests, a surcharge per person per night applies; children 0–2 years old stay free. Discounts are available for stays of 2 or more weeks. The price includes bed linens, bath towels, Wi-Fi Internet access, and utilities. Discounted rates based on length of stay. We really liked this cozy apartment. The place was conveniently located across the river from the crowds, but close enough to walk right into the mix of everything. The restaurant right outside the door was really good. The restaurant across the street was always busy. The place does have a “mini split” in one of the loft bedrooms and kept the unit cool even with outside temps in the mid 90s. Fans helped too. No screens on the windows and wouldn’t recommend opening them. The river nearby brings the mosquitoes. I wouldn’t recommend this place if anyone in your party is of larger stature the bathroom is small. I am 6’0 and 215lbs. I did fine but I can see much larger people having a hard time. Just to want to be honest.

Great location within walking distance of many major sites. The apartment was comfortable, and our kids especially enjoyed the two loft spaces. Having both A/C and a washer was a huge plus while traveling with children during the summer. The pizza restaurant next door was amazing! Annalise was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again!

Annalisa was an amazing host! The apartment was phenomenal, she was helpful, quick to respond and the food right outside the apartment was authentic Italian food and phenomenal. Taxi box right around the corner, great food and close to the steps of piazzale de Michelangelo, on the “not tourist” side of the bridge was great but also right beside the bridge to go back to everything nearby. Phenomenal stay 10/10. If we return to Florence we will definitely be staying here again!
